    Not able to Manage the work load, hence screwing up with the timeliness and Reports. Need to hire more staff for any improvement. Home collection should definitely be done as a sick person would not be able to go there. Common Sense

    The collector never arrives on time. Fasting tests are always late. What is the use of 12 hr Fasting when the sample is collected after 13 to 14 hours! No punctuality and their behavior is also very rude. Poor service. Shameful!

    I have had a decent experience with this place for the past 3-4 time that I have been here. The staff behavior is good and the medicine shop next to it offers good discounts as well. Just that they need better doctors who can visit this place to improve and attract more people. Even the COVID tests done here are all digitised with quick turnarounds as well. Overall would recommend.
