A good place to eat out with family or friends. Food is tasty but quite expensive. Ambiance is good. There is a lawn as well. Washrooms etc are not very well maintained or hygienic though. It is not crowded usually but during puja and other occasions there is a wait.

I want to give them rating in negative..food quality is just worst according to price..all drinks are overpriced..staffs behaviour is just worst ..you won't get there a decent ambience..today we took 2 beer and 1 crispy chicken and just after half an hour they started pushing us to pay the bill and leave the place and also so rude was their behaviour..and when you will be eating all of their staffs will be looking at you don't know what's their problem.. please take some educated decent staff..however I wouldn't recommend anyone to go this place I won't go again .. .

I visited this Restaurant cum bar Yesterday. Actually this is nearest Bar in my area so whenever I plan for drink n Dinner I visit this place. There food quality is good and price is also ok. But yesterday I found there pathetic service for the first time. When the restaurant become full of customer they started ignoring our order. I was repetatly calling the waiter but they are hurting ignoring us and my order. Not only me they were doing the same with other customers also. The bar counter was beside my table but when I order a drink they served me after 20/25mnt. Even I complaint one staff from management but when he asked the head Waiter about my order he just ignored it like anything.

I would have loved to give the restaurant a 4 star but I cannot as I feel and doubt about the authenticity of the beers served. There were very limited beers on the menu .The food items were good. Portion size was good. The pomfret was really good and fresh.

We don’t expect best services and best quality of food but we prefer the ambience. service and food quality was more than okay during the previous years compared to this year. they lacked the both. Food quality has seriously deteriorated. Only tandoor items were good. Waiting time for Repeating drinks was almost 20/25 minutes. It can be compensated if the service was good but it wasn’t. Behaviour of the waiter was rude. The waiter asked for tips directly when we pay the bill online. He directly asked to leave those who denied to pay tips. I have spent a few hours in Regent with one of my friends. Actually, he asked me to visit there. I didn't know about this restro bar. The food was average, drink was good, and ambience was at par.

This restaurant is beyond any review... I would like to have food in street... the manager n staff's behavior is terrific... even they can treat u like anything... they call police for spending 3 hours in it... n being a lady its a horrible experience...

Food is good but prices of food and drinks are on the higher side. So don't underestimate this place as a north suburban food joint in terms of food quality and price. The restaurant also has a open air garden (not open regularly) and a family section.

Food is not that much good and too much overpriced considering quality and ambience.

The customer service is very bad here. No one would try a bit to attend you. Nobody bothered even offer water, so eventually after a long wait, we left without eating, even then no one bothered to ask or offered any help. It was not even crowded so we don't expect this kind of behaviour. Poor service!
