The empty cups were on desk from previous customers, no staff took them. We had a bad smell on our clothes after visit. Was it a smoking allowed place or just the chairs were reason of smell. Staff was not unpolite but also not polite. There was no small cup size tea, telling that there is only middle or big size

In general it is a quite lovely coffee shop, spacious, with variety of beverages and bites options.👌 It is conveniently located in the main street, in the downtown and close to a number of the city's landmarks. One thing I hope they can improve is that the coffee they serve is often lukewarm. I have no idea how that is happening, but if I forgot to remind of the temperature I'll most definitely get it warm, but not hot.🤪 There is free wi-fi there.

The best coffee in Kharkov city, normal price, and sitting plan is very good , a large hall and comfortable sofas and chairs, recommended for those who want sit and eat in the center of the city.

It's the best coffee shop of this company in this city I think, you will find everything needed from a toilet, a charging plug for a phone and a computer, a good place to study or something else, the only thing not available is the view of a far place

Well, the coffee wasn't good, but for such place it is not supposed to be. The prices are low and the cafe is suitable for work. No one will be bothering you with ordering something else if you are sitting for a long time.

Oh, Aroma Kava. We've spent some long nights together while I drink Americano after Americano. I travel to Kharkiv for work once a month. Unfortunately, I have to work two time zones due to my office being 10 hours behind. So, when I leave the office in Kharkiv, I need a place to sit and work. The normal restaurants are only open until 11PM or 12PM, so I spend the rest of my nights working from Aroma Kava. The staff is generally friendly, the coffee is decent, desserts are delicious but sugary AF, and the bathrooms are generally clean and usable. The WiFi does kick you out after an hour or so, but you can just sign back in. I assume this is due to people like me who squat here for far too long, though I try to spend enough to make up for it. If you don't speak Russian or Ukrainian, you may have some trouble here. There is usually one person working who speaks some English, but it helps to know enough Russian to order your coffee. This isn't specific to Aroma Kava, but most non-hospitality places in Kharkiv.
