The food is okay but the staff are usually too busy talking to each other to even ask if you want a refill, order more food, or are ready to pay. I’ve tried it twice and if I didn’t like Georgian food, I would never go back. Make sure you get all of your change back. On my second trip, my waiter tried to keep some for himself. And, no, he didn’t deserve a tip.

The second visit was great. They have a bonus for a birthday event. Public congratulations are horn with wine inside. It is very pleasant. The restaurant has a set of convenience like an elevator. The meal is not big and not small. I was trying to find the meal that I don't try yet. And I found the traditional beverage it is 'Tarhun' (tarragon). The personal is nice I like service from the beginning and to the end. Price - not for every day. I don’t want to be a verbose customer just visit it.

A bit pricier than other Georgian restaurants in Kharkiv, but the meals and the service are making up for this slight flaw. The interior is cozy and warm, with subtle touches of Georgian folklore. The service is astoundingly quick, which is a great plus for a restaurant in Ukraine!

Good location. Souse include separately from kebab, it should be included. Service is not so appropriate for such level of restaurant: - asked for water with ice, I got it after repeat 3 times - bad attentive to client

I've been visiting this place every six months since it opened. Great interior and well trained staff. This is where all good things end! During its existence, they have not learned how to cook meat and khinkali tasty and high quality. At the same time, the prices are very high. In similar institutions of the city of Kharkiv, similar dishes are tastier and cheaper. I recommend this place only for drinking tea and making beautiful photos!

Would not say I satisfied with the quality for this price. Service is not really attentive. The tomatoes in salad had really big green parts. When you buy kebab you have to additionally buy sauce. It is not included. I think that kebab is a dish where sauce has to be included by default. Why hinkaly with lamb is black only. That’s classy Georgian dish. It should not be black at all. And here there is no white lamb hinkaly.

This restaurant was recommended to us as a new must go place. Ok, the location is a solid 5, located right next to the Shevchenko park and by Independence square. The ambiance and decor is great, not sure authentic or not, but it is very cozy and inviting. Now, the food here was brought to us cold and not appetizing at all. When tried to tell this fact tk the waitress, she was very defensive and asked why we did not tell her before. Btw, she would never stop between dropping of our meals... so, the food was below average. Please invest in some heating lamps to keep food hot. The service was also MIA for the most part. So, bottom line - if you want to try true Georgian place - stay away, but for great ambiance and drinks with friends - please visit.

👍👍 A Ukrainian self-service restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices, perfect for a quick lunch. Compared to other similar places: 1. No long queues (the line moves fast), even at 1pm peak time 2. I can always find a table.

😐 Bavarian style restaurant with nice beer garden. Live music (mediocre) to sing along, entertainment and show, which you can only see if you sit in the main room which only has a limited number of seats. Table reservation is a must. Show partly not suitable for kids. You'll see bare nipples. I did no...
