Soft drinks just trash, worst ginger tea, glint wine ever! Despite the good location and 24/7 availability, service and cuisine just average. But the worst thing The restaurant only for smokers (ventilation seems like not working for a while), despite it violates Ukrainian law ! Could be much better

Short: Uneducated service and not really comfortable karaoke room. If to estimate separately then karaoke is 4/5 and service is 1/5. In more details: Me and my company were having a party before New Year in karaoke room. To make it easier for the restaurant we pre-ordered most of our food. The reservation was scheduled for ~19.00. When we started to gather the food was already waiting for us on the table who knows how long...If it more or less "fine" for cold starters and salads it is definitely not acceptable for hot food, as by the time we came it was barely warm. In 10-15 minutes our waiter started to bring pasta (even though we didn't even get to our starters yet). Some of us also pre-ordered wine, but we had to ask for it again and insist on brining it to us as our waiter started to say that it is not allowed to drink in this room. Another 10 minutes after pasta was brought staff started brining us main courses, which was ridiculous as not only we didn't finish our starters or pasta, but there was space on the table to put it. Also we had to ask for linen napkins, as there was none provided in advance. And even out of two that our server brought us, one was dirty. This place definitely misses a professional administrator to teach a wait staff at least some basic rules of serving. P.S. At least they were not rude and smiling in most of the cases

A good place but the staff doesn't really speak English, had the hummus plate once and shrimp shakshuka another time for breakfast. Both plates were small but satisfying, this place is very centrally located and as such is expensive and the portions are not big. The really nice thing is that they're open 24/7 even during covid times and that's a key point for me personally. The service could be more attentive but that's to be expected during covid times with many new workers entering the service industry, once you get their attention everything is quick though.

Cool spot and interesting dishes

It's a 24 hours open cafe/restaurant in th center. They have a rich and delicious menu... Good for a quick bite or a drink as well. Just outside a bit noisy...

Lately the service is in slow motion. I don't know what happened there in the last few months, but they either need to change the manager or the whole staff.

its old name is gostinaya cafe. you used to smoke upstairs. this is a great privilege for cold ukrainian days. I hope it's still the same. quiet and decent place.

The place is fine but old fashioned. I did not like the ambiance as much. The sushi were good.

Delicious food, good service and relaxed atmosphere.
