The safest hotel in Kharkiv. The best service you could imagine. Despite the current circumstances they provide luxury treatment to every guest. Walking distance to everything you might need. Sauna with the view of the city, beautiful steam room (practically a hammam). Highly recommend

I've been coming to this hotel since it was opened, when I was working in Kharkiv for the EURO 2012, so it holds a special place in my heart. It is still in my opinion the best hotel available in the city by far. Great rooms, great service and great food. The only thing I wish had not changed is the Henessy cigar lounge, which has now become an FC Metalist fan shop (they have great merchandise). I try to come back to this beautiful city at least once a year and will keep coming to stay here!

Great rooms and service. Fitness and pool availability / open times could be better. Gym should really be available 24/7 with a room key. 7 am to 9 pm just isn't going to cut it for business travellers. Otherwise a great place to stay

Probably the best hotel in town with a great situation. Only the breakfast buffet most staff do not speak english and say yes to be polite, bit you dont get the item you want

I recently spent 7 days in this hotel. I can only say that the entire experience was absolutely wonderful!!! The service is impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable it can possibly be. The food is excellent! I used every service, from laundry, to the fitness center, the salon, room service, etc. and can say the service is consistent throughout. I recommend this hotel highly, the standards are held much higher than in most hotels I have stayed. I would like to thank a few staff members for their amazing service and kindness. To Alina, and Alina, and Natalia at Reception, to Artur the Bell Boy and Andrey the Concierge, I thank all of you and look forward to spending time again soon in your hotel. And I would like to also add, that Kharkiv is a beautiful city with friendly, magnificent people, and again look forward to my next visit.

Outstanding hotel, outstanding service, new structure perfectly serviced by high end personnel and facilities. Room are wide and top quality. I think that it is one of the best hotel in Ukraine. The price, despite not affordable for everyone, is not high for the outstanding comfort the hotel offers. Top international standard.

A beautiful hotel in the city center (even with its history), one of the best hotels I have ever visited, breathtaking views of the city from the upper floors (SPA), comfortable luxury rooms, underground parking.

Excellent hotel. The best hotel in Kharkiv and the top hotel in Ukraine.Great rooms, good cosmetics for hotel guests and a delicious breakfast. I just miss the evening room service (curtains of windows, complimentary sweets, replacement of used towels, weather forecast for tomorrow) and also I missing the early breakfast serving in the bar on the ground floor. Some rooms may need to be redecorated.

All former Sovjet States hate the Russians, DDR, Finland, Lituania, Tjech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, Estonia, Slovakia, Rumenia, Hungaria, etc. etc. . Ask yourself why? Even at every holiday resort in the world the Russians are hated because of their brutal inhumane behaviour. Not one country in the world wants to attack Russia - it is Russia that attacks agressively other countries. Lies - more lies - Russians

This hotel is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The facility is super clean and very well organized. One of the best things about this Hotel is that they have everything you want. Bank, pool, restaurants, gym, flower shop, men's clothing store and much much more. What truly makes this place special and almost magical is the staff. They are amazing! I love the way they follow up when it is needed. The staff is made up of some of the best and brightest people of Ukraine. You can see the clarity in their eyes and demeanor. This is the only Hotel that I will stay at when I visit Kharkiv.

We visited the hotel last week and I can honestly say that it is on the level of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. As an American Experience platinum card holder we have stayed at some of the most prestigious places in the industry. This establishment is very modern and interestingly designed. It’s sparkling clean, the sheets in our bed were so soft and luxurious to the point that I need to know who made them because I need them for my bed at home! Our breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious with lots of healthy choices and beautiful atmosphere. The personnel of the hotel were extremely professional and helpful. A special thank you to the director, Elena Dyn, who was so helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home. We can not wait to come back.

One of my favorites hotels in the world. Service on highest level. Personnel are highly qualified. Rooms are clean and new. Breakfast is amazing. Location is perfect, any place you can reach walking. Highly recommend this place.

All was great , the hotels location just perfect , , the service is great , rooms are clean and well kept , rich breakfast buffet with big verity of different fresh dishes. The Sauna and the pool are clean and well kept , the fitness room is clean , lot of clean towels and free mineral water . new running machines with different functionalities. The bed sheets , blankets , pillows , mattress are new soft and comfortable. Very recommended

One of the best hotels in the world, because of the atmosphere. Incredibly, cozy, spacious, relaxed - yet in the heart of the center of Kharkiv. Stuff always very kind and attentive. Hotel in the best European traditions. Good Coffee and food.

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian. Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed. WOW!!!
