A small and neat platform for helicopter landing. This seat has international accreditation. This is the first such place in Kharkiv. It can be hoped that this construction will not only help the development of this business, but will also make the region more attractive for investors. The helipad of the golf resort will be appreciated by business people who cannot afford to spend time on long journeys. The Superior Golf & Spa Resort's helipad is listed on the global runway register and accredited by the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization).

I booked three nights in this hotel and I just ran away after one night. now I tell you this, if it was like three stars hotel , then it was fabulous, the problem is that it suppose to be five stars hotel, and the truth is that everything there is looking very good and decorated , but it is like cosmetics. So the elevator was so tired, so slow. Like it looks great, but hardly work, and the bathroom was just not convenient, I was feeling that someone located the bath just the opposite way. Another thing, in the dates I suppose to sleep there , the indoor pool was not working. I asked the manager why they did not tell me this before I arrived and she told me that they have another pool ,in the sport club like 500 meters from there , and because they did not told me , they will send to my room wine and fruits and sweets. of course they did not sent anything. Two things were very good, the first thing is the restaurant which is very expansive but the food is just excellent , and the second thing was the woman who was cleaning the lobby in the middle of the night. She was so beautiful, even more then the senseless decorations in this hotel.

Nice place in the summer, rooms are fine and clean and the bathrooms are very comfortable. Food either in room service or at the restaurant is correct but overpriced all in all. It is far better at the restaurant of the golf club- The Albatros. Prices are just normal there and food and service are at the top. Playing golf is ok but only if you have a handicap- it will be impossible otherwise even if you are a non regular but average player elsewhere. Organizing tennis matches seems à bit too complex too. So, organizing and booking things could and should be better. Anyhow, the staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pools and spa zone are fine. Enough to make your stay enjoyable.

Very nice place both for staying in hotel and just come to spa. Spa has a cool programs and interesting things to do inside. Good terrace with a great view. Tasty food, amazing service. It is light, spacious and clean.

I love spa and keeping coming here. The only problem is that the spa didnt accept cards, and atm in the hotel constantly doesnt work. I had to take taxi to the town pyatihatki and back to get some cash. But there is a sauna, hammam, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi and quite pricy massage. The restaurant has an excellent service and nice food.

Great course. But a lot more bunkers than 2021.

The place is so beautiful 😍. We spent 3 night. It includes spa, 2 hours mini golf and free breakfast. My only but is one the pool, not everyone can swim it's deep also the food is nice don't get me wrong but should also include international dishes as well. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We went to the spa. You don't need to be a guest to go. The presentation was nice. I enjoyed my massage my fiancé did not. For the price it wasn't bad but they ask if you want tea afterwards. Then forget to tell you that they will charge you for it. I asked for water and a person showed me faucet. I wouldn't go back.

A place to enjoy peace and quiet. The facility is located just outside the city. Features the one and only golf course in the area, a five-star hotel and spa and two (or more?) restaurants. My family and I truly enjoyed the hotel and spa. The room in warm pastel colours overlooking the course was spacious, the bathroom pleases with warm floor and good quality toiletries. As the room is known to be quite chilly in the winter, the staff took care to put a heater there in advance in order not to upset our 2-year-old son. Breakfast consists of a range of options including omelettes, cheese pancakes, bacon, salted fish, cheese, cereals, vegetables, desserts and drinks. The spa is beyond every praise. You can enjoy a variety of pastimes in aqua-zone such as a swimming pool, hot tub, hammam, sauna, and more. We took a package which included a massage and other treatments which we enjoyed fully. The staff are professional and make you feel welcome and comfortable in every way. My special thanks to Kate, who makes my rest here unforgettable every time. My only concern is the food in the lobby restaurant. I've never been to the other one called Albatros, so can't comment on that. I've tried most of the menu in the lobby restaurant and can conclude that the food is overpriced, doesn't live up to the expectations created by the price on the menu. The staff are still well-trained though. Generally the resort is quite expensive but what you receive is mostly worth the money so I'll give it a 5 regardless of the food quality.

Amazing resort! It's better than the best! Just think of it -70 hectars of land, amazing fresh air, 15 min away from the city, great facilities, courts, mini holf(apart from the ordinary one), tennis courts, playground for kids, exclusions around the golf club, bikes to rent & organically grown food. Perfect place for ideal rest!

Excellent hotel to stay at for business or relaxation. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and golf , and tennis facilities. It took us less than 20 minutes to get to the city center.
