Horrible
and
unprofessional
staff,
absolutely
no
COVID
protocols
in
place,
during
our
8
nights
stay
none
of
the
front
desk
people
were
wearing
masks.
No
hot
water
on
the
fourth
floor!
Glass
bathroom
doors
with
zero
privacy
in
more
expensive
rooms.
No
towel
changes
during
cleaning.
Dirty
walls
and
ripped
carpets.
Administration
unavailable,
front
desk
guys
drinking
wine
outside
of
the
hotel
at
night.
When
we
asked
to
change
our
room
due
to
the
water
issue
the
guy
downstairs
asked
not
to
come
with
these
questions
so
late.
When
we
asked
for
a
refund,
he
said
that
the
cash
was
all
stolen
a
few
days
ago
and
he
canβt
help
us.
Honestly,
this
place
is
surrealistically
BAD.
Positive
reviews
must
be
outdated
(or
bribed
haha).
Keep
searching
and
stay
safe!
