Horrible and unprofessional staff, absolutely no COVID protocols in place, during our 8 nights stay none of the front desk people were wearing masks. No hot water on the fourth floor! Glass bathroom doors with zero privacy in more expensive rooms. No towel changes during cleaning. Dirty walls and ripped carpets. Administration unavailable, front desk guys drinking wine outside of the hotel at night. When we asked to change our room due to the water issue the guy downstairs asked not to come with these questions so late. When we asked for a refund, he said that the cash was all stolen a few days ago and he can’t help us. Honestly, this place is surrealistically BAD. Positive reviews must be outdated (or bribed haha). Keep searching and stay safe!

It's a new nice hotel, if you need to travel on business. Especially if you're not expecting to be in city center in the mornings. Breakfast is a little strange (rice and chicken for breakfast) but there's also other stuff to break your night fast. Clean and ordered. The photos on the wall and the book of photos at front desk is very odd choice.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very kind and open employees. Good hotel rooms. Clean and big enough. Very quiet at night. European breakfasts are not bad. The price is a bit high, but it worth it. Keep it up, Cosmopolit

Modern and somewhat tasty decoration of the rooms. Nice bathrooms with heated floor (very nice!) Very. Kind at the reception. Breakfast buffet not so delicious but ok. Hotel a bit out of the center of Kharkhov but worth electing it due to it's excellent ratio quality to price. And quieter and easyness to park if you come by car (highly recommendable, due to lack of public transport, except bus). A good choice in Kharkov.

YOU WOULDN'T KNOW IT. But this hotel is fantastic! Great restaurant food all day - with perfect morning breakfast. Superb service from all the kind staff, day and night. Everything is clean and new. AMAZING HOTEL ROOM amenities - with an enormous bathroom and shower... and extrememly spacious. Impressed! I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel located in quite place, but it is also a little bit negative, because it is far from City center. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is also nice.

A really fresh and nice hotell. Only reason for not giving better rating is because of the lack of some facilities like a gym for example.

The hotel is very worn out. It has creaky beds, dirty carpet. His chow is not tasty at all. I don't recommend.
