Everything was good in taste and the order didn't take long. Bill was around 1800/- which makes sense for the amount of stuff we ordered.

Boston Bites has a cozy and casual vibe to it which attracts a lot of people and is busy round the clock❤.. The restaurant itself is quite spacious with enough seating to cater to bigger groups of people but can be a little too busy at times.👍 Perfect place to bring over friends and family✌. It is a perfect place to dineout with friends and family. The ambience is very much attractive. Without drink no meal is ever completed. Also being a shake lover I've tried almost every place of Patiala for variety of shakes but nothing compares with the taste of Oreo Frappe. It's the best. Everytime I visit this place, the first thing I order is this Oreo Frappe. The Oreo Frappe is perfect is every aspect whether its the taste, quantity or the presentation. Since it is known for their amazing burger quality, they serve the tastiest burgers in town. Also, I tried pasta, refreshing lemonade and chicken seek kababs. Every dish is of good quality as well as hygienic. Must visit this place for yummiest food.

The menu has a lot of ecotic items and the hot chocolate brownie is a must here. The food quality is good but the services are often quite slow. Ambience is good with light music playing. Seating capacity is less and hence once should visit it only if there are no large groups.

During my recent visit to Boston Bites, I purchased French fries. To my surprise, I didn't receive a carry bag for my order, even though another customer who bought pizza was provided with one. It's baffling that instead of offering a loyalty program, Boston Bites should simply ensure that they provide a carry bag to every customer. This basic consideration should not discriminate based on order size and would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience.

Serving quality sucks, no free water, only bottles available if you want water. Food quality is average. It was really good back but now it aint worth the price.

Our first visit to Boston Bites and we were very disappointed! Starting with things like the waiters will provide you with the menu on the table but to order you have to go upstairs on the counter but they do serve your order on your table (weird) to they don’t provide fresh water, only bottled water, which is a very cheap way for such big franchises to mine people’s money. The pizza wasn’t great either, just an average pizza, bland in taste, okayish crust. We did not like it, and will not have it again, instead order from Dominos or La Pino’z. The only good part was the ambience. The pasta was very disappointing as well. Didn’t taste that great, we’ve had so many better pastas and the portion size was small as well. But we still don’t know that why this place is hyped so much, even though the food isn’t that great.

Overall, the food quality has reduced as the chef has changed. I came after 4 years specially at this place. I didn’t like the pasta but the chocolate frappe was good. The other one had a weird taste so we didn’t finish it and didn’t eat pasta too. Wasted my money😐

Worst experience in Boston today, I've been to this restaurant several times before, but I've never had such a bad experience. a favourite of mine, the BB Veggie pizza, was ordered. Order delivery took some time, but the pizza's quality was inconsistent, its base tasted like a half-cooked bun, and it was undercooked. Reported this to the waiter, who agreed with the complaint and took the pizza back. A minute later, the waiter returned with the same pizza and an unacceptably vague excuse that "Karan (the chef) instructed us we can't re-bake the pizza." I didn't say anything, but based on what I understand, they should have switched it out for the right one in this situation. Such experiences if not entertained, will definitely lead to downfall.

Whenever you plan a party with your friends then this place is the best option. Preety good hangout place with such mouthwatering food and drinks. I personally love the bb veggie pizza and sub. Such a wonderful place it is. Also the staff is really good.👍👍

The food was good.. but the experience with the staff was not so fine as when I gave money to the person who was on billing counter in exchange she gave me coins and when i asked her to give me the note (paper money)instead of coins she refused it and made many excuses which I feel that was not good.

Very good quality of pizza available here quality and taste more than domino. How can someone be so good at each recipe. From shakes to smoothie and pizza to pasta everything is mouthwatering.

Boston Bites is an awesome experience and also relief to your pocket as compared to Domino's. Also you got few points on your every order and if collected enough you can use them for ordering without paying.
