in Amar hospital Facilities and doctors are good but reception staff and support staff are pathetic, some nurses also. They don't know how to talk. call the nurse to many time then they come. nurse alarm system not working. but there are some good people also. Overall pathetic experience due to staff behaviour.

This Hospital is a perfect example of insensitive,pathetic, ignorant,intolerant staff. They have some stupid rules in the name of protocols,as such no one allowed with patients from their family in emergency room. Their staff needs to learn basic manners of conversation with visitors. Just a money making hospital where nobody bothers about saving someone's life or treating them well . Family members of patients are not supposed to ask anything related to treatment and expenses (no cross questions can be asked to the staff or Dr). They(family members) are just to make transactions in the favour of hospital whether patient is getting well or not. They make fear so that you get emotional and trusting the so called Doctors here. I have multiple experiences in this hospital and now I can say ,our Hindi cinema has already made movie on this hospital starring Khiladi.

Doctors are very careless. ICU staff just keep on sitting in front for whole day and not taking care of patients. Food for patients is just kept on table aside in ICU and they don't even bother to feed the patient. How an ICU patient can eat on his own?they make fun of patients.ICUstaff is totally shameless.staff ask for money if baby boy is born.NICU staff ask the MICU patient's relatives not to sit on sofa because NICU patients relatives have offered money to them.totally shameless act

Doctors are very careless. They have personal grudges with each other and hence they don't contact each other in case patient need multiple type of treatment while admitted to ICU. How an ICU patient can eat on her own? While shifting to other hospital they thrown the patient outside the ICU on a bed. They didin't even bothered to lie down the patient on other bed properly. Patient could get serious head injury or any other internal injury because of their such behaviour.this hospital is need to be closed

Worst doctors! They give wrong information and treatment. They tie up patients like animals! My father walked into this Hospital by himself. He only had a little breathing issues. They gave him wrong injections and put him on the Ventilator within one hour. He didnt come back alive!!!

My grandfather went to this hospital by himself but didn't come back home alive . surgeon didnt even bother to stich the wound (infected area) Stiches were totally untied they put him on ventilator after Operation. He told us that doctors had done something wrong during Operation. This hospital is a very good and faithful hospital. This is a kind rare one in the city in terms of goodness. Attached to it since 1997. Feels like home when gets treatment from here.

We lost our 6 year old kid just because of the carelessness shown by the doctors & management of Amar hospital. The child was admitted in ICU and was getting least treatment & care. The doctor didn't update us with the status of his health, they kept on hiding the fact & all the reports from us. They were simply waiting for the infection to spend all over the body and when the worst hit, they told us to take the child back home or to some other hospital which they could inform us a day prior or so, so that we could take our child to PGI. Moreover, they could take care of Spo2 levels and heart rate in the ambulance...No CPR was done since they didn't send any doctor with the patient. Would that I could rate you zero! I will definately bring this to court. Be ready!

Zero in all aspects i can't rate this place in minus figures . No care for patient its been 9 hours we been waiting for doctor. Careless staff don't have any sense to talk with patients. Full day successfully wasted. Don't waste your money and time here.

Amar hospital all doctors are very experienced. All Nursing staffs are qualified and trained. All Dialysis staff well trained. Protocols of dialysis very good. Proper hygene maintained.

Hi team Today I had a very pathetic experience at the hospital due to mis-management of the staff. My grandparents both are diabetic patient and were empty stomach from past 3-4 hours. We visited the hospital the hospital around 2 in the afternoon and our turn came after 4:30 in the evening. Patient who visited after us were going for their appointment by the higher authority power. Please resolve this problem at the earliest as the patients coming there may have some serious illness. By the way doctor Amit Jindal is a kind personality and treated nicely.

Very inhuman doctor sunil sampley. He is a negligent doctor. He took life of my mother which can be saved very easily and due to his negligence and his staff. I strongly recommend not to trust this doctor. My mother is gone and i wish nobody looses his/her life due to these kind of doctors. Only Money matters to them, I had been operated for my ear problem which costed around 25,000 rupees by dr. Kansal. Before the surgery they claim that "the patient would be able to hear" but after the operation their words change to "everything is upon nature." The Operation didn't changed anything, infact they didn't operated successfully and now i need to get surgery again as another doctor in ludhiana told me. I KNOW 2 OTHER PEOPLE who had been operated in this Hospital by same doctor, their condition lead up to even worse. PLEASE DON'T GO IN THIS HOSPITAL 🙏🏻

My name is inderjeet kaur. My real younger brother Raj Kumar was admitted in amr hospital with head injury from 2 oct to 16 November. Today he discharged. M very thankful to all doctors and staff of amr hospital those were involved in his care and treatment. I thanx to all micu 1 staff and specially incharge of micu 1 miss.amandeep kaur Nd other respective staff .All staff members are very hard working nd caring .

They have taken the life of my father...They just focused on the platelets but the infection got spread so widely inside his body..They ignored him and said everything is going good... basically they hid all the reports...too bad actually worst hospital ever seen..

All the services are getting better than before. Mr. Bikram on admission centre was very helpful and supportive. As we have already one family member admitted on third floor but we need admission for our second patient; but we were getting room on another floor so it’s hard for us to look after our family members on different floors on a same time. Our next room already allotted to some one else but on our request he arranged that next room for our patient and allotted our room to another patient on next floor. Really humble. Good luck team.

A well established multispeciality Hospital having a team of Doctors who have extra ordinary knowledge of their profession. Marketing staff as well as nursing staff are also having good knowledge of their profession. Satnam Singh and Sohan Singh urf Soni both are Co-operative person. Both are honest and dedicated to their work.

Came here for ERCP of my Dad since 11 AM, been waiting here for whole day for just 15 mins procedure. Visited many hospitals, this is my worst experience ever... They don't even deserve single star but giving them the one to submit my review here.

Good hospital but desastrous parking facility for patients. Parking space is for staff only even the front of hospital premises is even reserved for them. It is difficult for patients to walk in hospital from a distance (in some cases) .

My experience with Amar Hospital and Dr. KP Singh ( General Surgery) was best . I took my brother in emergency when Govt. Rajindra hospital doctors said that he can’t be saved.. Dr. KP Singh, Dr. Pavan and other doctors and staff said we will do our best and saved my brother. All the staff was very cooperative and helped me at every step.. I am really grateful for such a good service of doctors and the staff…

My experience of the Amar hospital was very satisfactory as the staff and the doctors are amazing. I got my brother treated hats off to DR. Rishab who saved my brother's life from a serious illness. An excellent and trustworthy doctor and staff thank you.

Poor OPD service, you need whole day if you need doctor consultation, as I entered the hospital at 11 o'clock and wait till 3.50 pm to get consultation with the patient number only 24, only to handle 24 number patients if someone have to wait whole day this means there is a poor management. So, I think government hospitals are much faster and cheaper in OPD than Amar Hospital. Very disappointed.

very bad experience of my life. My mother was admitted this hospital in emergency ward in critical situation but no rooms available in ICU. The hospital staff behaviour very rude and they are busy in own work. The Doctors of this hospital not guided properly. Totally Bakwas Hospital. They are looting money.

All medical facilities under one roof. Prices very reasonable. However the wait time at OPD is annoying. They allow the no show patient, an immediate priority over the patient in queue.

One of the best examples of how private hospitals today are just money making machines They don't care about the well being of the patient or their family . Had a very bad experience . Lying to the family about patient's condition and not letting them even click a photograph of the report so that they can get a second opinion.It's the matter of somebody's life and you need to get the opinion of other doctors. But why would they care.It's an everyday affair for them.

Doctors are good but Hospital lacks infrastructure, so much rush on every counter. They need more buildings to handle the crowd. Charges are nominal but the amount of crowd inside the hospital will make you more sick. So, if you are not in emergency then you can avoid this hospital.

Hospital is good and doctors are also doing good job. But there is no parking for scooters or motorcycles for attendants. My scooter got stolen from outside the hospital last week.
