The service is very slow. We went in a group of 11 people from NIT KURUKSHETRA by 2.30 PM. They served the main course at 4.15 PM. The theme of the hotel was musical but the music system was not working 🙄. The food was tasty as we tried both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. By the time we visited, we were the only customers, so we enjoyed 🤠 a lot. The location is good, as it is near Divine. The cost of food per person amounted was 450 per person even if we were in a group of 11 people, so the price may vary based on the number of people and the choice of options i.e veg or non-veg. Overall, It was a good 👍 experience.

Service is not good. They don't have a telecom in rooms. Even a water bottle is paid. You'll have to rush down to reception in the morning to get the toiletries. Food taste is average as well.

This is the best restaurant in terms of food quality & taste, it was best among all the nearby restaurant. The service is however a little slow even when the restaurant is empty. Reviews are : 1. The ambience is very good & it's a well maintained/designed space in terms of lighting/seating & hygiene. 2. Food quality is best among all other nearby restaurants and hotels. Must try : Malai Chaap 3. The price is very reasonable against the good quality. You can throw good birthday parties here in a budget of 1k - 1.5k. Overall reviews : 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐

Right from the start of giving room with dirty bedsheet and blanket to the behaviour of the staff everything was worse. The concerned person sitting at the reception was rude to the other staff and has no clarity about complimentary meals. The kitchen staff was shouting and fighting and thanks to the same dinner was served late. Toiletries given were third class. Overall a very uncomfortable and compromised stay. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel to stay. Not satisfied with service but behaviour of the staffs were good. Point to note if your coming for company purpose, they will not provide gst bill.

It was a good hotel with many eating options in its restaurant, I only visited it's restaurant and found it very good. But one thing i notice before Corona this place was amazing but now it lost its best charm and special style of serving dishes/food which make it special and unique earlier. So i hope it's management may read my comment or try to get that special feeling back.

Average .It is safe hotel but the price is too much high for they provide just average facilities , the rooms are fine but like the blanket on bed was very unclean ,the bathroom was smelling the next morning there was no water in bathroom took many hours to solve the problem. The staff is good but I think they should maintain rooms properly And the food was also so expensive ,though good

the only thing which i liked is there is a lift and it is in the main road.. but the room service was average, they took almost 1 hours to recharge their set top box still they recharged for a day although i've said that i'm visiting with my family for 2 days.. but we have lost our mind when they served us tea in a "cracked cup" which was totally unexpected... and we believe in vastu so we left that hotel next day....
