Updated : Cooling has just gone down from last time, sadly It has improved in terms of cooling but still a lot can be done over cash counter and display

Very bad experience , expired date of food packages with worms are being sold with new packings. I recommend all not to purchase any food product especially first crop Zahidi dates which have worms .

I have been visiting there so many time and I purchased nothing. Because my dad don't want to give me money. Products of Vishal Mega Mart is damn good.But Abba nhi maante.

Arrogant staff, poor service, Cashier totally ignored us while helping his friend. Instead of promptly serving us, he left the counter and engaged in a conversation with his friend over the phone. It became evident that his friend required a pack of Pampers (diapers). Disregarding our presence, the cashier took his friend to another counter, asking us to wait even longer while he attended to his friend's needs, effectively breaking the queue. When we questioned his actions, the cashier responded with rudeness and displayed an unprofessional attitude.

I love this place in kurukshetra because it is pocket friendly and still the quality is up to mark ! love it

Nice old place . But it is very difficult to shop there. Too much of a humid place. Couldn't breathe properly once entered . The place is generally attracting local people looking for cheap stuff.

I had worst experience visiting here.. staff asked me to put my hand bag away; like how am i suppose to pay when i don’t even have my wallet with me, really rude staff member at front desk. I will never ever visit again.

They did not exchange suit case which i purchased yesterday i need another suitcase in exchange just because of my flight needs but they refused in 24 hours whey they did not exchange I hate Vishal mega mart I don’t want to visit in any vishal mega mart store in my life😡

Ordered grocery which consist of glass and it require a lot of take care , very nice and expected delivery done by Satnam.

Jeans ware is on quite comfortable rates . staff not polite,very heated atmosphere inside as they have installed ac only to show you,they don't turn it on always. There is always a que you have to wait for 1/2 hour always to get your purchase. Overall not good .

Having staff of good way of talking and availability of all the things . And best part is that they follow the principle of order(placing the right thing at right place) so i didnt get lost for finding my thing and everything is in a managed manner and the store always looks so clean and fresh and the management of this store is great especially the manager who is doing a great job of manging the store in a very good way

All products like clothes, electronics and groceries are in best quality. All employes have nice nature and give a great service to us. Whole store is fully air-conditioned and it is clean everywhere.

Nice play and variety of things for shopping

Need to work on humidity. As people like to come in Mega marts for smart and luxury shopping. But most of the time, if felt hot and humid there. I always came here to purchase as I can. But due to too much hot I am always left this place due to hot conditions in summers. By the way this place is good for kids clothing and daily use kitchen products.

A fine market. It's very unlikely to find something here which cannot be found in the whole city, which makes it just a normal market of developing city Kurukshetra, nothing so special about it. And yes, it is overpriced.
