Absolutely lovely and uniquely styled setting (albeit the piano was slightly too loud for the room and it was difficult to have a conversation), great sandwiches, cakes, scones and tea. Mainly great service to match. However we had a few issues with the hotels general service staff, getting the bill incorrect by £6 and then insisting we go through another transaction to pay, in addition to losing some of our checked in baggage after insisting we check it in. I would have loved to give 5 stars!

I’ve been here many times for breakfast. The pastry chef Sebastian and the team is outstanding… And often comes up with new ideas which I try- The classics are absolutely exemplary. I particularly love the pain au raisin , almond croissant and (I know it’s not pastry) avocado on toast! The staff are lovely, attentive and the atmosphere – I have been here also for cocktails and dessert as well as lunch is great at all times. A little oasis in the city!

This is a lovely hotel and the location is really perfect. I was surprised that given how high the service reviews are that we had less than great experiences with it. The concierge was very uninterested in helping. I asked for help with a restaurant and he offered that I should call myself… I also struggled to get help with train instructions. The odder experience was getting in at 11pm to find that the air was completely non functional. The room was hot and not moving any air. I’m pregnant and chose a nicer place to stay in London because of the comfort of the rooms and particularly temp. After a few calls in the middle of the night they confirmed the next morning that the system was down and said it was now fixed. After being up all night, I found the lack of follow up/apology to be underwhelming.

I had a fantastic experience at the Beaumont hotel terrace with friends. The ambiance was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a cozy atmosphere. The terrace was the perfect spot for enjoying cigars. The staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommend for a delightful time!

The staff created just an outstanding experience. Angel went all out to insure everything was taken care, even adjusting my collar as I went out for the day. Alan the concierge was a wealth of knowledge, Colin the doorman was great. The Gatsby staff, the bar- everything was what you would hope for and beyond Housekeeping was superb, folding my tossed sweaters, arranging my desk. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a five star property anywhere in the world. Highly, highly recommend

Our recent stay at the Beaumont was unquestionably perfect. Arriving at the hotel, we had some unique needs, and the pre-arrival communication with the concierge, Alan Swan, couldn't have been more thorough and accommodating. Concierge Omar took extra good care of us and provided superior service throughout the visit. The entire staff went out of their way to ensure everything we needed was attended to quickly and precisely as requested, delivering a pleasurable and enjoyable stay. Our classic room was cozy and appointed with luxurious amenities, making the 4-night stay genuinely delightful. Each morning's breakfast in the Colony Grill was quite satisfying, with enticing and varied options. The Beaumont is truly a gem of a hotel and one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was a memorable stay we'll always look back on fondly and forever be appreciative of the 5-star service delivered at every turn.

Great hotel. The staff is fantastic. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The area is very safe. Restaurants and the subway is very close. If you need directions or a driver the staff is incredibly eager to help.

The ONLY hotel worth visiting in London. Exceptional service From the welcome at the door to every service point throughout the hotel. The Magritte Bar, with is warm comfortable exclusive atmosphere is difficult to leave as the cocktails are delicious. However, if you then walk past the beautiful Art-Deco handcrafted humidor and turn left through the lounge to The Colony Grill. You’ll receive the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. With a menu to delight every customer’s pallet. The Wall of Wine “ again handcrafted is a thing of beauty to see the craftsmanship that’s been applied to create a unique feature. All the bedrooms are exquisitely decorated and the crisp lines that the housekeeping team provide both in the bedroom and bathroom are a testament to pure class and professionalism. The Beaumont should be your only destination when staying/visiting London

Classy luxury hotel in Mayfair. Beautiful design, decor, and maintained to the highest standards. Excellent restaurant and bar. Love everything about this hotel. Only area for improvement would be a larger fitness facility, but this is London’s West End after all amd space is at a premium. Highly recommended.

We went to the Beaumont Hotel for afternoon tea. It is a stunning 5-star hotel in the centre of Mayfair. Highly recommended. I did a full review on Mayfair Foodie website

Love the colony restaurant- is a go-to. Only disappointment is no more baked Alaska. The chef is changing so guess the menus will change. Is all day dining with fun selections like hot dogs. Great bolt hole if you are shopping at selfridges and need a break (also the barley mow restaurant (upstairs) is nearby). The best thing about the colony grill is the menu for kids and ice cream with a notepad to choose up to 20 toppings. Very fun for children’s bday but in a smart, London adult environment.

Definitely one of the best afternoon teas I’ve had in London - and a true hidden gem of a hotel. The ambience is warm, luxurious and inviting. The service (at the bar and for afternoon tea) was impeccable. Afternoon tea: Food delighted from every piece. The finger sandwiches offered a unique take (roasted brisket, salmon poke), the scones were so beautifully made they looked fake, and the pastries were delicate and beautiful but well-balanced. A true treat. I will certainly be back and recommend to friends! I cannot comment on the rooms as I did not stay (I’m local) but the rest of the hotel is lovely.

This review is for the restaurant (colony grill). A jewel of a dining room, reminiscent of crazy coqs. Red banquettes and tables positioned Towards the restaurant entrance, rather like a stage. The service is achingly slow. The food was good. There was no greeting at the door and no evidence that a maitre d’ or any member of staff would usually be positioned there. The wait between starter and main course was unacceptably long. I didn’t time to the minute, but it must have been 20min. Lamb rump with an anchovy pesto (and many other bits alongside) was tasty. The lamb was tender, but it didn’t have the juicy pliability that’s found in the best. The 3x cooked chips were good. Spinach came with nutmeg grated over. A hanger steak was nice, served with a huge choice of sauces. But no other accompaniment. A very lonely piece of cow it looked when presented on its big white plate. Staff were charming. Well judged. Friendly whilst maintaining a sense of formality (quite right in a smart Mayfair hotel!). Tables well spaced. I’d strongly recommend one of the banquettes over a table mid floor. The welcome and the wait were the big minuses. The room and ambience were the big pluses.

We loved every second about our stay at the Beaumont hotel! It is beautifully located with magnificent interior and very comfortable rooms. The staff is absolutely lovely and took care of everything we needed - restaurants, hair dresser appointments, transfers, you name it. The whole hotel has a very personal atmosphere while being absolutely top notch and professional. We definitely plan on coming back!

Loved this hotel. Only was in London for a short stay, but it was lovely here. The unique interior is done in a classy way and the furnishings everywhere in the room were fantastic. The service was also top notch.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, The Beaumont is a cut above the rest! Every tiny details make it well worth the stay! Staff couldn’t help you enough but also give your the privacy you require. I won’t stay anywhere else in London from now on ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Afternoon Tea at The Gatsby Room. Absolutely outstanding service - it was my mother's birthday and they made a wonderful fuss of her. She was so happy. Food was great, too - delicious, generous servings and well presented

Afternoon Tea here is certainly an event. From the moment you are shown to your table you feel welcome, valued. The unique champagne drinks have to be tried and the food was simply superb. Highly recomend if you want to treat yourself or a special someone to Afternoon Tea. When we got to the desert they even brought out a Candy Floss Birthday Cake! Thank you to the Beaumont Hotel, very well done!

The team here, especially at the Colony Grill and the bell staff—many of whom are long-timers, make me feel like a mogul! This was my go-to business-breakfast & lunch spot for years and now works just as well as an oasis to spoil myself and enjoy Mayfair. Rooms are a bit tight, but very lux. Great to see more vegetarian / vegan options highlighted on the restaurant menu. Highly recommended!

The cafe and restaurant service is second to none in West end, in my view. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the doormen until seated inside. We feel at home all the time. The Sunday roast is the best in town. Don't take my word for it. If you find better place, please let me know.

Super experience from booking and throughout. Professional and superb staff. They accommodated my complex dietary requirements perfectly. Some of the best vegan+gluten free desserts I have ever had. A live pianist played beautifully in the background. Well worth every penny for a special celebration!
