My experience with Domino's Palwal was very very bad.. I ordered a regular corn pizza and a tomato sauce pasta and within 1 hour of consuming the same I started having severe stomach ache.. It seemed like they used months old stale cheese and veggies in it.. I had terrible diarrhoea soon after and whole night I was in pain.. The next day, I felt so weak due to the whole incident that I could barely stand at work.. Worst quality products!! Can never trust this brand again.. Would like to give a 0/5 to this outlet..

There is no facility for drinking water. There is no facility of fans or ac's in their hall,and it is very hard to sit there in summer.

Food taste is good as per standard of Domino's. Service and atmosphere can be improved. My experience was good.

I placed an order which was delivered 26 minutes late. I tried to contact the store, they picked the call and put the receiver aside and then i cut the call and try to reach them again but i was unable to contact them. Worst experience ever. My first order was prepaid so they did this to me but when i placed a bigger order on cash then they contacted me within 15 minutes of order placed. This is how you deal with customers. Domino's Pizza everyone is familiar with the name and i see the from few year back the size of pizza was great anf was best in taste it changed now size is less from few year back and quality is managed but not up to that mark and price also slightly high, see thts not a problem but please maintain that dignity , after lockdown situations were changed for every business, they are charging for the delivery 57 rupees on each order that was free in previous years if you order from the Domino's app..overall good experience the environment there is impressive .. appreciated..today incident happened classic pizza cost 49 in the app and 69 for onion and now twist is they 63 nd 93 respectively, what is this going on , and they replied ki price bdh gya hai and if this is the situation then why app is not updated , conclusion is they are looting the people that was basic , in advance you can see the difference

The Dominos outlet in palwal near Bus stand do not have that much tasty pizzas and there service quality is not upto the standard and suggestions for the team is to revalute their strategy and try different scheme for attracting customers . This would be helpful to bring the customers to their outlet

Pathetic service, If zero marking is there I would have given them Zero, they don't even know how to handle and speak to customers. Their billing guy speaks to customers like villagers. Poorest outlet I have ever visit. @dominoz must teach them how to speak to female customers.
