I have enjoyed a lot . There is good service ( good custom care). The workers are good in there services. My big congratulation goes to the manager of Five to Five Hotel due to the good management. God bless each one over there.

This is indeed a 5 to 5 hotel. I have enjoyed my stay here. The staff members are well trained, very friendly and professional at the same time. Security is assured. I will definitely spend some nights here again in the near future. The place is so cleaned and tidy daily. Thank you to all wonderful staff.

Staff is very helpful and friendly; great view over Kigali from the rooms; conveniently located; we stayed there multiple times on our trip and will stay there again; room furnishings are a little dated.

Although rated as 3 stars it is really a five star hotel for the helpfullness and friendliness of the all the staff. Very clean and fairly inexpensive hotel. Has a wide selection of food in the restaurant. Airport pickup was prompt. Specials thanks to the receptionist, Clement and Achilles who went beyond the scope of their duties to help their clients. Rooms were spotless, beds were great and the bathroom had all the amenities.

If cleanliness was a building. Actually very happy there was food at 2am on arrival. Kitchen 24/7! Great customer service. Oh not forgetting the free cold chilled glass of passion fruit juice on arrival, I mean while checking in lol. Awesome stay! #TheBall2022 #KigaliArena all happens to be really closeby. I'll recommend Five to Five is a 4 on 5. Thank you for the hospitality.

I had an amazing night. I was welcomed with a full glass of healthy fleshy mango juice, which was sincerely what I really needed after hours on air. They had great meals with amazing receptionists.

I love their big fish (whole grilled tilapia) and beef samosas. Their waitrons are polite and do their best to provide good service by being flexible with special requests.

I live in Australia. I stayed for one week and it is a great hotel with good service and amazing team.

A welcome plate of delicious pea nuts, a smart service and quick. A cool place to go out with yours if you love quite places and the DJ is amazing some soul r&b songs. I love 5/5

Definitely a one star hotel. Lemon green? The horror. The food is good though and staff are polite. Couch at the reception is an epidemic. Interior design is screaming for help from a specialist. I’ll order and go any day but not to stay.

The fish there is the best in town. The kitchen staff (especially the woman that picks the calls) is very disrespectful. They have an arbitrary way of setting the amount of money to be paid before that is surprising. They also tend to want to boss clients around.

Wonderful Hotel, beautiful rooms with stunning view of the city's landscape and lovely food. All round good, professional and engaging Staff. When next in Kigali, I would definitely stay in 5-to-5. Thank you for your service.

We stayed there for one night, everything was clean, location is very good, airport shuttle was great, and staff was super-friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, our room was fine (efficient, I would say), the balcony really gives nice additional space and a good view. We stayed at several locations in Kigali and I don't think it will be easy to find something better in that price range.

Stayed for 1 night qurantene and additional night. Punctual airport pick-up, very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast and quality dinner options. Rooms very simply, but comfortable and clean.

Here everything is so amazing, very comfortable and the staff are so handy. They went over and beyond help. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kigali Town.

Great Hotel. Appreciate the assistance of the staff from room service to restauration. It is 10 min top from the airport when there is traffic.

Good for lodging and great customer service.did had a little negative experience though but they corrected the impression the next day. I must recommend their receptionist and workers in the kitchen too. The hotel is ok for lodging and mini event center but not for crowd because the packing space is too small.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with great service, good views and its good value for money. Particularly loved the attentiveness of the staff (reception, cleaning, restaurant staff). Would definitely revisit.
