Stayed here recently for the duration of the Women Deliver conference in Kigali. Absolutely great service, kind and extremely helpful staff, clean and lovely rooms, and an excellent breakfast spread every morning. Highly recommend it to those visiting Rwanda for the first time. The location is perfect and accessible to all great touristic places, and the airport.

Excellent service, and the staff was very attentive as well. Included breakfast was excellent, both local and international options available. The poolside restaurant had good options, although some of the meals took long to come out, but it was worth the wait.

Service is 5 star. Staff is 5 star! They were amazing with our children and very accommodating. One of our daughter was sick in the middle of the night (all over the bed), and without even batting an eye, the late staff came up from the desk and brought up everything to remake the beds. The guy at the desk even called the next morning before leaving to check in on my daughter and see if everything was well and if we needed anything. The waitresses were so sweet and interactive. The only reason I dropped a star is due to the rooms being slightly rundown and things broken, but they they fixed our air conditioning immediately. 🙌 Really fantastic staff and the food is good. We will definitely come back when in town.

A first class room with Clean environment, Kigali is the City of Clean.. Grand Legacy is near to Kigali Airport and They provide good room service.. there is also Bar, restaurant and swimming pool and Local Rwanda Peoples..They also provide free Airport drop if you book room there.. One of awesome place to stay in Kigali #Rwanda..

This place really is a 2* hotel. I called twice before arriving and they promised to pick me from the airport. But no body came. The fridge in the room wasn't working. No hot water to bath. At breakfast I asked for ordinary water, they said I had to pay extra. The Friday pool party was very audible in the room. My first trip to Rwanda was amazing except for my stay at this hotel

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport my stay was very exceptional the room the food the staffs are very great 5 star service especially Muhire martin starting from booking my stay and scheduled from and to airport shuttle makes every thing very easy and fabulous. kfc is also available in a walking distance definitely will suggest this place for an extraordinary stay ....very satisfied and 😊😊😊

Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The only criticism is the lack of shower curtain to avoid the floor being flooded with water after showering. Otherwise, the bed is soft and comfortable, the room and bathroom are clean. The view outside is of the urban city scape. Lovely. It’s quiet and peaceful at night. If I could afford it, I would have stayed there for more than just a day.

Very spacious, well equiped room with a very good bed. After 10 days traveling to Rwanda finally a good bed. I had to cook water for my bath because there is no really hot water. Even for a shower it's not hot enough. Nice that there is a computer in the room but it's to slow to really use it. Friendly staff. The food was a bit disapounting. The burger we had for lunch was not very tasty, juices at breakfast bad. Even after i orderd a new one there was way to much water. It did not taste as fruitjuice. Nice swimmingpool but not clean.

An excellent experience. Rooms are huge, very clean and functional. Staff is friendly, but some of them don't speak English properly. The restroom of one of our rooms were stiking of smoke: not a big deal for me, but somebody could find it annoying. Gym, swimming pool and sauna are very comfy. Excellent location for those you need to quickly reach the airport.

Grande Legacy Hotel is one of good places in Kigali that provides excellent services to customers. The location is ideal. Security personnel and other workers are polite and respectful.

Great hotel, super spacious rooms, well equiped gym but poorly trained staff. Plan to order at least 1hr before you'd like to eat as they take long.

I only visited the restaurant but the food was amazing 👏 great thanks to Geoffrey who works there at the same time recommended us .... we shall surely come back to Rwanda

This place is good they have great rooms and the service is perfect.

I stayed here a week in early May 2023 for a conference, and I liked everything. I arrived early in the morning, before the official check-in time, but they checked me in anyway. The room was big and comfortable, just like in the official photos. Some furniture was not so new, but nothing serious to complain about, and everything was clean. The breakfast was quite good to my taste, with several kinds of fresh juice, fruit, vegetables, meat, bread, yogurt, hot drinks. The staff was friendly.
