Lovely place, cozy vibes and suited for social distancing under COVID. I had a juice and my friend has a coffee; both were good. Maybe slightly on the expensive side but very clean, delicious smelling place. I could have actually tried a chocolate muffin; it looked so tempting.

Lovely place but shame it's poorly run, they didn't have drinking water and the waiter tells me to wait while he goes to supermarket to buy some..!! Last week they only had warm drinks even the fanta was warm... Quite sad as this place could be very good.. but it seems the management is satisfied with mediocrity...

The baked goods are tasty but the quality of service is wanting. The girl at the counter was very standoffish and they got my order wrong. I got home and realized that they had billed me for the chocolate croissant and gave me a regular one when the prize difference is almost double 🤔. Very disappointed.

Excellent place to work. Fast wifi. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of outlets (2 prong, European standard). And decent music - lively but soft enough to not distract from conversation or work. Located just off the main road, entrance is not in the gas station complex, but to the right of brioche when you're facing it from the main road. The cold brew coffee was OK and the juice wasn't bad either. 3 stars for drinks, 4 for the service and excellent working atmosphere. Have not tried the food.

Great location amongst embassies and commissions and offices. Strangely though, a number of staff don’t speak/understand English so it was a bit difficult for me as a foreigner to be served. Ended up with a mix up with the order. The waiters didn’t seem bothered to get someone who could communicate with me.

Poor delivery service do not use it!! Really disappointed with the staff and poor service at your Kacyiru branch. We made an order online and two hours later no delivery and no update. I made a call to check what could be the problem only for them to say the rider called 10 times and gave up which was a complete lie! Been a customer for years and didn’t expect this!

It's a popular place both with locals and expats in Kigali, and they gave a wide range of options in their menu. I had a simple coffee and pain choco, and they were good. There is no AC in the sitting area, and you may feel slightly hot. Also, they don't accept cash, which can be an issue, and I wish they had informed at first.

First time to go to this place good place for a meeting! Nice pastries and coffee aswell ! Plus a good staff. I liked a guy ( who told me his name is Kelly ) a very helpful boy and very polite!! Looking foward to go there more often during my time in rwanda .

The usual Brioche with a nice seating area. Best place for bread in Kigali and nice but expensive croissants. Good for breakfast too. Avoid the pizza you can get much better ones elsewhere.

Didn't like the coffee at all and that goes to the management that makes standards. But there is a guy I don't remember his name Very polite and helpful he helped me out by guiding the taxi from the gas station. A lucky team that has such a member.

I have been coming to Brioche few times a week and getting some pastries and what not for our team meeting. Nice place good food. Few disappointments, since yesterday one can no longer pay cash and today they had no eggs for breakfast which could be understandable as the roads are closed but you would think a place like this would prepare in advance. Also I was told there is no straw for my drink and some plates need to be replaced :(.

I was upset that they took too long to serve me but they apologized and gave me a discount on my coffee with a smile. Great location. Charming interior.

I love their bread. I believe their milk bread is the best in Kigali. Cozy environment and friendly staff.

In reality maybe 3.5, but they should be alerted to the problems with staff's professionalism. I was interested in pastries, but the employee, who was assisting me, was unable to tell what the particular pastry was, even what the flavor was. I ordered two other pastries + cappuccino, but they tried to give me the previous pastry. I again explained what I wanted, but I finally got one of my own choice and the other not of my choice, but nominated by the staff. The cappuccino was OK - typical for the situation where the staff concentrates on the foam pattern, but not the taste. When I was summing up my order and when paying, the other employee, taking care of me by the register, was continuously on the phone in what did not sound as business calls. At some point she went to a speakerphone, so I was not sure whether she was talking to me or to the phone.

I had a much better experience here than the CBD location. So much so, I returned within a week for an early brunch. Good food, okay service.

I’ve been here 3 times, they have the worst service ever even when there aren’t as many clients, it’s a cute spot but I totally don’t recommend! Not coming back either

Great and quick service. The environment is calm and perfect to work in or to just enjoy a nice meal with family and friends. Their coffee is amazing as well.
