Wir sind jetzt zum 4. Mal hier und haben auch direkt wieder für's nächste mal gebucht. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und auch total lieb zu den Kindern egal ob es die Rezeption oder im Restaurant beim Abendessen oder beim Frühstück ist. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und auch den Kindern gefällt es hier immer sehr gut. Das Abendessen ist immer sehr sehr lecker nichts zu beanstanden auch das Frühstück, für jeden was dabei. Wir sind immer gerne hier Gast und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sauberen, komfortablen und ruhigen Zimmern, auch wenn das Doppelzimmer leider etwas klein war. Das Bett war sehr bequem, der Balkon recht schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück im schicken Hotelrestaurant war ausgezeichnet. Highlight für die Kleinen war das Erlebnisbad, das trotz der großen Besucherzahl angenehm war und allen Spaß machte.

Price to quality ratio not good. Shower not good designed. When showering everything gets wet. No kids night light. The whole room had to be lit up like new years. You pay for everything except paper towels and silverware. Water slides did not all worked at the time of our visit. For the parents 6.5/10 for kids 11/10.

Sehr schön, Essen für Erwachsene ist Klasse, für Kinder wird sich auch große Mühe gegeben. Könnte jedoch hier und da etwas erweitert werden. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist das angrenzende Spaßbad. Was gerade auch Stück für Stück renoviert wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders unser kleiner Sohn fand die Betreuung durch Josi super!!!

Abendbuffet sehr gut, Frühstück normal gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer war modern, gut eingerichtet und Sauber. Bei den Tarifen vielleicht etwas mehr Flexibilität, also nur HP ohne Spaßbad und Sauna oder mit Fitness Studio. Aber das ist ein Wunsch. Die Parkplätze fand ich sehr teuer, als Gast. Hier vielleicht auch eine Karte mit alternativen Parkplätzen anbieten, dann muss man nicht suchen. Ich würde aber wieder Urlaub im Wonnemar Resort machen.

Wir können für uns als Familie sagen, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt! Das Frühstück jeden Morgen, ein Highlight. Habe seit langem nicht so gut gefrühstückt. Die Bar ist toll, die Cocktails sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war immer sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt. Für die Kinder gab es einen Kidsclub und ein PlayStation Zimmer. Vom Hotel aus gab es eine Art Schleuse, die uns jeden Tag ins Schwimmbad geführt hat, dies war sehr angenehm. Manchmal etwas voll, aber das legte sich gegen Abend wieder. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt über die andere Straßenseite. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zum Abschluss, wir sind gut erholt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem Hotel. Wirklich hervor zu heben war die Gastronomie, so gut zu Abend gegessen haben wir schon lange nicht. Eine extrem große Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei plus eigenes Kinderbuffet. Ein Lob an die Küche. Ebenso das Frühstück einfach top. Super auch der eigene Bademantelgang zum Schwimmbad und der direkt angrenzende Indoor Spielplatz. Ein schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit wirklich freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Das Zimmer ist schön ausgestattet und sauber, das Doppelbett ist bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Persönlich hat mir in der Dusche eine Ablagemöglichkeit gefehlt und der Kleiderschrank könnte etwas größer sein. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker mit extra Geschirr für die Kleinen. Neben der Rezeption gibt es ein Kinderzimmer mit Kinderbetreuung während ausgewählter Ferienzeiten - meinen Kids hat es sehr gefallen. Unser Highlight war der Durchgang zum angegliederten Wonnemar Erlebnisbad.

Lob: Schönes Hotel, Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe und die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Reinungungskräfte verstehen ihr Handwerk. Die Speisen im Restaurant sind gut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücken reichhaltig. Tadel: Die Zimmer verfügen nur über eine Belüftungsanlage.

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant. Easy access to the water park. Great choice for families! However, no aircon, so it can get very warm in the night (4-5 days every year).

This ‘resort’ isn’t exclusive. It is a hotel which has a leisure pool and some spa elements connected to it. But the leisure pool etc can be accessed by members of the public for a small entry fee. At €330 a night before taxes, parking fees, etc we were not expecting 99% of people using the facilities to not be actually staying there. Therefore, the facilities are what you would expect from a public swimming pool. Pool staff attitudes included. The room was nicely furnished, but into the night, when other rooms - next door and on floor above- closed, the walls shook and it was not well sound insulated. Kept us awake well into the late evening when my two daughters were supposed to be asleep. The evening dinner had very limited choice. Restaurant staff in the evening vastly outnumbered staff at breakfast and on both mornings we found ourselves having to lay our own tables and ask repeatedly for a coffee jug. They had too few staff to keep on top of breakfast items that kept running out: orange juice, hot water for tea, bread. We asked for a kettle for our room, which we would have expected to have been there already. The hotel did provide one but if was horribly limescaled and desperately needed descaling. We had a positive customer service attitude from reception staff and a manager (?) .... but none of the others spoke English which meant I had to translate through my 14 old daughter whenever I wanted to ask for something. I’m summary, this is vastly over-priced and does not hold its own when compared to other ‘resorts’ of similar cost. It is not the peaceful, more exclusive experience that we travelled over 1,500 km to have. It needs to be more honest in its description of what it is and reduce its prices to reflect it is a hotel which offers: breakfast and dinner, and has a public leisure pool attached. I run a large OTA and therefore travel to many different places. I could not in good conscience recommend this facility as a resort. Even with discount I paid €730 for 2 nights .... around €500 too much

Very cool resort, I was there with my soon 6 years old and we enjoyed. Warm water in the pools a lot of space, clean, welcoming, relaxing, we will for sure go back again.

Fine experience. Great hotel - nice and clean. Calm and relaxed pool area with activities for the whole family. If you are looking for a shot of adrenaline, don't go here! Breakfast on hotel was good. Dinner buffet was OK but nothing more than that - I guess (hope) the Michelin review was refering to the a la carte servings...

No air conditioning in all rooms as of June 30th. When asked, we were told to open the window. But everything else: breakfast, pool, rooms were good.

I am truly impressed. I used to travel a lot before corona times, and this is probably the first hotel ever that gets max score on all fronts. Comfort, service, food, all is perfect. Travelled with two kids

It was a nice stay at your hotel. A cozy place with a lot of facilities (Schwimmbad). Close to the city but maybe not the most popular area in Wismar? The hotel room was ok and the staff very friendly. A special thank to the restaurant manager, he was very kind. Also tot he young waiter with short blond hair, she had always control and was very friendly. About the restaurant, the staff can be a little bit more dedicated and the prices for the drinks could be cheaper (at least the same as in the water park). The dinner wasn`t good as the breakfast, everyday we got food from the days before, the meals were often just tepid and with a dry crust on the surface. The kids meals wasn`t really food kids like (the opinion of my children and I agree). The breakfast was perfect. Thank you for that. We found mold in the bathroom and discovered silverfish. We missed a small fridge in the hotel room. But all in all a very nice stay.

A good looking hotel next to the center of Wismar. First, the good things. The water world is perfect for the whole family. A pool with regular water waves, a lot of different and fun water slides, a sport pool for swimming, and an outdoor pool. The food is good. The family rooms are really small and not for children older than 3-5 years. The beds are too small and next to the bathroom. Also there is NO AC in the rooms, just a small adjustable "wind" entry. I discussed this with the management team and they told us to open the windows. A lot of the team members are stressed but nice.
