To
many
negatives
for
everything
since
I
book,
was
very
difficult
change
the
room
for
a
big
one,
they
don't
explain
anything
to
you
for
some
reason
they
assume
that
you
should
know
how
to
do
everything
about
your
booking
they
give
you
more
problems
than
solutions,
they
have
a
very
weird
check-in
hour
since
5
pm
and
it
isn't
flexible
as
well
at
check
out
they
are
very
restrictive
with
the
time
so
if
you
don't
want
pay
more
you
must
hurry
up
and
they
have
a
hide
charge
like
some
called
balneary
tax
that
they
never
mention
arround
40€.
I
came
with
three
children
and
they
don't
allow
us
the
access
to
the
pool,
supposedly
there
were
many
people
there
and
the
pool
worker
was
an
old
lady
very
restrictive
and
she
don't
care
at
all
if
you're
a
guest
at
hotel
or
not
she
will
not
allow
you
the
access
to
the
pool...
so
you
thing
there
are
other
kids
areas,
well
gess
what
you
have
to
pay
to
use
it
and
there
are
so
old
game
machine
from
the
90's
you
needs
coins
and
the
don't
have
any
coin
vending
machine
so
if
you
have
kids
better
for
you
have
a
lots
of
1
Euro
coins,
moreover
they
have
a
small
track
with
2
electrics
car
tied
with
chains
that
for
some
reason
you
can't
use
and
a
very
small
kidspark
in
the
middle
with
2
very
small
and
old
carussel
and
one
small
plastic
slide.
For
the
parking
lot
you
have
to
pay
5€
per
day
but
they
don't
have
any
control
so
in
theorie
every
building
have
they
own
parking
lot
then
you
can
be
able
to
park
near
where
you
stay
but
guess
what
there
are
any
parking
stall
available
and
is
highly
possible
you
will
need
park
your
car
in
other
area
far
away
from
your
aparment.
We're
in
Autumn
there
is
cold
wheater
between
10°C
and
15°C,
to
go
and
return
from
the
pool
you
must
walk
outside
because
the
hotel
have
differents
building
and
they
aren't
connected
to
each
other.
So
you
must
walk
outside
in
the
cold
weather
after
you
have
been
taking
a
bad
with
heating,
in
sauna
etc.
So
probably
you
get
flu.
Also
there
aren't
room
service,
nobody
change
the
towels,
your
sheets
or
collect
the
garbage,
you
have
to
do
everything
by
yourself.
To
resume
Binz
it's
an
incredible
and
beatiful
place
to
go
but
not
to
stay
at
this
Hotel.
In
the
city
everything
is
well
care,
clean
and
with
very
nice
people,
the
stores
open
on
Sunday
something
weird
in
Germany
but
for
me
positive
mostly
on
vacations,
there
are
very
yummy
restaurants
and
ao
many
places
to
know.
