To many negatives for everything since I book, was very difficult change the room for a big one, they don't explain anything to you for some reason they assume that you should know how to do everything about your booking they give you more problems than solutions, they have a very weird check-in hour since 5 pm and it isn't flexible as well at check out they are very restrictive with the time so if you don't want pay more you must hurry up and they have a hide charge like some called balneary tax that they never mention arround 40€. I came with three children and they don't allow us the access to the pool, supposedly there were many people there and the pool worker was an old lady very restrictive and she don't care at all if you're a guest at hotel or not she will not allow you the access to the pool... so you thing there are other kids areas, well gess what you have to pay to use it and there are so old game machine from the 90's you needs coins and the don't have any coin vending machine so if you have kids better for you have a lots of 1 Euro coins, moreover they have a small track with 2 electrics car tied with chains that for some reason you can't use and a very small kidspark in the middle with 2 very small and old carussel and one small plastic slide. For the parking lot you have to pay 5€ per day but they don't have any control so in theorie every building have they own parking lot then you can be able to park near where you stay but guess what there are any parking stall available and is highly possible you will need park your car in other area far away from your aparment. We're in Autumn there is cold wheater between 10°C and 15°C, to go and return from the pool you must walk outside because the hotel have differents building and they aren't connected to each other. So you must walk outside in the cold weather after you have been taking a bad with heating, in sauna etc. So probably you get flu. Also there aren't room service, nobody change the towels, your sheets or collect the garbage, you have to do everything by yourself. To resume Binz it's an incredible and beatiful place to go but not to stay at this Hotel. In the city everything is well care, clean and with very nice people, the stores open on Sunday something weird in Germany but for me positive mostly on vacations, there are very yummy restaurants and ao many places to know.

For what it is, it's wonderful. 3-star hotels come with limitations- found some other reviews quite harsh, considering the price point of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast bar is plentiful and varied. We have only met very friendly, down to earth staff. Staffing seems tight at times, esp. during very active times of the day, but again, this is common-place these days, and the team are doing the best they can, always on top and keeping it positive. Located directly at the beautiful beach, it doesn't come any better than this. The scenery is stunning, in every weather. For travellers who seek an indulging luxury experience, other places in Binz might be better suited.

We spent Easter Weekend here and this hotel was really above my expectations! We booked apartments with kitchen and separate sleeping room, and got realy spacious apartments with two balcons , two beds and also couch that fits two people ! We felt very comfortable here . Beach is next to apartments , city center is 20 min walk along lovely promenade . It has delivery of fresh bread for breakfast, great aqua park, billiard , aero hockey, restaurants, bars , indoor/outdoor playground , kids club , kids disco , disco , bars , mini-golf, ping-pong, gym , sun terrace , animation ... there. So all what you need when traveling with kids :) I was feeling a bit like in Malloca ! So thank you very much for great long weekend and I think we will come back soon!

Not exactly liked but be prepared for some downfalls. Really monotonous breakfast (awful vegetables). Be prepared you can have a room in separate building. Rooms are decent but look really old inside. Swimming pool is almost always full and doesn't has a lifeguard. Every additional attraction for children inside hotel is paid extra. Only great thing is location, really close to the beach.

A huge holiday complex by the beach. Plenty of families and groups of pensioners. The pool and it's unisex changing rooms is all very family orientated and is little confusing at first. Rooms are spacious, small balcony and well kitted out kitchenette. Supermarket is a very short walk away. Public transport does pass outside, but it's not that frequent. Best to have a car for getting around the island and a bicycle for the town.

We have not stayed here but due to unexpected circumstances we had to cancel our confirmed trip. The hotel staff were very service minded and helpful so they deserve 5 stars.

Very kind, helpful and super sweet stuff that really upgrades the whole experience. However, the website is incorrect and deceiving for some facilities which is really disappointing. The sauna was not opened as stated and there were some parameters which were nowhere stated... I regret not booking at a villa, just for the facilities I didnt eventually have.

The hotel and the premises are pretty worn out and in need of repair respectively renovation. The location directly at the beach of Binz is great! No air conditioning unfortunately.

Good rooms with a small kitchen, a big bedroom, bathroom with shower and a balcony. Enough space for two persons. Very clean and good service. Good recommendations for families and elderly. Close to the beach. Breakfast was good with a great variety. Only fried eggs were missing.

Great family hotel. Pool is excellent and the apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay. Beach right there and we could watch the sun rise from our balcony.
