I wish I could give him a no star at all. he is the worst dentist I ever have experienced. I waited so long there 2-3 hours considering that each time I had an appoiuntment. he and his staff are very impolte and not caring. I did orthodontics and since then my teeth are in a very bad condition. my teeth they don't land on eachother and he simply told, this is all. and I was furious becaus I had still serious issue with my teeth. no professional. very amatuer. even the next dentist that actually did sth good to my teeth, when he heard I went to Dr. Korden he told me "Whyyy!!!!" . he has reputation in being so bad even between his colleugues. and most of all he took for the disaster he did to my teeth 2900 euros. Shame on him. absolutely do not recommand him.

I have been a patient of Mr. Korden since 2004. From a human perspective, a great man. I have had over 10 partial crowns done. If someone wasn't happy with me, they renewed it for me free of charge without any discussion.

Also aufpassen !

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. I came to the practice as an emergency as part of the emergency service at the weekend. The doctor Dr. D. was very nice and seemed competent at first glance. She discovered that several teeth had decay. Since I was new in Hamburg and the opening hours were tempting, I stayed with the practice. The treatment that followed was torture and catastrophic. Several teeth were root-canaled at once without causing any further acute pain. I ended up with 3 teeth in root canal treatment at the same time and terrible ongoing pain. Despite the pain, it was decided to complete the treatment with crowns. 6 partial crowns were planned, but in the end only 2 were required (by a new dentist). Another very negative aspect was that the temporary fillings kept falling out during the treatment. Usually the first time you brush your teeth after insertion. Which meant I had to go to the practice again and again without an appointment and sat in the waiting room for ages. But that was also the case with the appointment. In one area my teeth were ground down to such an extent (not in preparation for crowns, but as part of the caries treatment) that the gums became inflamed and I had to take cortisone and antibiotics. I got this in the emergency room because I couldn't stand it at night because of the pain from the acute inflammation. I then changed practices and my new dentist (whom I've still been going to for years now) threw up his hands and had to redo all the fillings that had been done so far because of the poor quality. A friend who I initially recommended the practice to because of the good office hours also had bad experiences. She had gone for an annual check-up. Dr. K. wanted to make all of her gold fillings new and sent an unsolicited cost estimate. In 2 other practices (which she visited due to her uncertainty after Dr. K.'s statement) it was confirmed to her that the fillings could remain in place and only one needed to be repaired.

Professionally speaking, I was really very satisfied. Medically everything here is really up to date and the dentist worked very carefully. I also thought it was nice that they had their own laboratory, as the costs remained within reasonable limits because they didn't have to send it in and it was quicker. It's a great, modern practice and the S-Bahn is right outside the door. However, you have to plan for some waiting time despite the appointment, as time is still taken for the patient.

Despite an appointment, I still have to wait between 4 and 5 hours each time for an impression!! The new prosthesis doesn't fit; when chewing, sores appear from bites that heal poorly. According to the doctor, you should wait at least 10 weeks until it gets better.

Great place if you want to lose your teeth. The lovely dentist here missed a Karries buildup that has been progressing over 5 years in my mouth. Never bothered with an X-ray. Later was on a work week in Japan and had unbelievable toothache. After booking an appointment I was given an X-ray within 5 minute of entering and it immediately became clear that the Karies that had build up in my molar had already infected my root canal, necessitating killing of the nerve and removal of half my tooth. I’m just bewildered how one could be such an incredibly talented dentist as to miss a huge Karies buildup in molar tooth. Spare yourself the pain, go find an actual expert.

On the recommendation of Dr. I went to see Dr. for the first time today with my 5 year old daughter. Cords. It was my daughter's first check-up. Dr. Korden took enough time to gain her trust and answer my questions. It was a pleasant visit in a relaxed atmosphere. My daughter is coming back. I give a clear recommendation :)

I was a customer of this practice for several years. Each time I waited at least 30-60 minutes for my appointment. At the last check, two cavities were not even discovered and the teeth cleaning was carried out super messily within 15 minutes. In addition, a filling that had to be paid for was not inserted properly, so after six months I had to have it replaced by another dentist. After being annoyed every time for years, I finally decided to change dentist - the best decision!

Even with an appoinment, I had to wait a decent amount, and the staff seemed somewhat disinterested in dealing with customers. The filling they performed fell off after 2 years. They also forgot to register the extra payment for materials and sent a single collection letter months later, claiming their payment requests have been ignored (they never arrived). After being confronted with the receipt, they decided I still had to pay half of the original price, on top of what was already paid, even while acknowledging this was their own mistake. Overall an unpleasant experience, and I'd steer well clear.
