Wonderful tour on the river... even in bad weather. Another view of the city and the river

Very disappointed in the daytime tour. We didn't go on parts of the route (which would have been fine, if it'd been announced buying the ticket). The English infomation was superficial and very to hear/understand. Although there was childen on board - not a word about safety (e.g. where to find lifewests in case of emergency).

We really enjoyed our evening on this cruise. Our tour guide was considerate enough to translate the tour to English, so we could also enjoy some Hamburg history. The boat itself was calm for the ride, and it was a very scenic route. Our only complaints would be that the tour itself was difficult to find, and the cheese tray needed less cheese and more salty snacks to balance it. My partner and I were both sick of cheese by the end of it (even though the cheese was amazing). I do still recommend this tour for something different to do in the area!

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic Beverages are offered during the cruise and of course you must bring cash. Seeing the City with its rich history in a cruise is quite a different level of experience as a tourist. Recommended!

Super Hop-On Hop-Off Tour

The evening lights tour is only in German which was unclear. Poor service and crowded.

It was so entertaining tour ! The Guide was funny and nice , views also awesome

Not my first time, took some friends on the evening Lichterfahrt tour.

Came from ireland for a City break. Hospitality and service on board was excellent and very friendly. We didn't speak a word a German but it didn't matter. You get really up close to some of the worlds largest cargo ships its crazy how big they are. The wine and cheese board was delicious and the waitress kept tipping up our pretzels and honey also :) We also went in September for the 17.30 cruise sp we go to see some amazing sky's as the sun was going down. I highly recommend this cruise.

Would have been a nice thing, if we were picked up again (as the HopOn-HopOff-tour suggests they would) Upon telling that to the lady at the ticket counter, we were simply told "I didnt see you" (despite us standing exactly where they had dropped us off)
