To be completely blunt, this food literally tasted like nothing. Nothing. The consistency was fine and the delivery person was quite charming but looking at my food I am left wondering: what was the purpose of this?

Delicious and usually fast. We love the Mekong Salad and White Pearls. The vegetable and tofu base is the same for most of the vegetarian dishes but the sauces give each a unique taste. Worth a try if you haven’t given it one already.

Okay, just ordered for the first time ever, as this place was recommended to me. 1. Delivery: The average delivery time stated on Lieferando was 30min. *After* placing my order, my delivery time was given as 1.5 hours (!!!) 😳 ….I have never ever in my life had to wait over an hour for food delivery. I tried to call them to cancel the order, but no one picked up. I thought, it might just be a mistake, surely they’ll be quicker… No…no they weren’t. My food came after 1 hour and 50 minutes… I am not gonna lie, I was han - gry by that point. 0 stars! 2. Customer service: So I called them again just before they finally came to ask if my food is still coming, and in typical German fashion the guy tried to partially blame it on me for being angry about the MASSIVE delay. He gave me a discount in the end, so that was nice enough, but it wasn’t the best attitude initially. Also he said two drivers called in sick. Fair enough it’s not your fault, but you can actually stop accepting orders on Lieferando if something like that happens. If you can’t keep up, it would be better to stop accepting orders at some point than making customers wait for 2hrs. 2.5 stars! 3. Food: The peanut veggie dish was amazing! I ordered the snow starter thingies as well, but the sauce was sadly missing, so I didn’t try them as they seemed too dry without sauce. I also had a sweet smelling porridge-like looking food item in my bag, that was either put there by mistake or maybe it was an apology for the long wait? Not sure. 4 stars all-together for food! Overall that’s 2-2.5 stars! Shoutout to the sweet delivery guy though, who came all the way up to the 5th floor without complaining! ❤️ I’ll add an extra star just for him.

1. They use biodegradable containers 2. The crunchy kimchi tastes really good (it's fried dumpling) 3. The Vegan white pearls also tastes really good.Crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. 4. Clock work tofu looked amazing. You have rice and boiled vegetables and fresh veggies as well as tofu. The worse thing about the dish is that it tasted like orange juice. Thick orange juice. It tasted awful. Beware of that. 4. Their delivery time is good. 5.Their soy sauce is quiet watery and just salty. (I know soy sauce is salty but there are good and not so good ones and this qualifies as 1 of the not so good ones) But hey you don't have to eat it so it doesn't really matter. 6. I would order here again. 4 stars because of the orange juice sold as orange sauce. Eeeww

Super bland food. Very few spices (if any at all), not enough salt and food is often cold upon arrival. Tried giving them another chance time and time again because they're relatively cheap and have a decent selection of dishes, but it's honestly just not worth it anymore. Their driver was also rude af during delivery and didn't even say so much as thank you for the 15% tip. I've also seen their drivers honk at random cars in the neighbourhood that are abiding by the speed limit, unlike Vy's drivers who just seem to floor it at 60 km/h. This establishment can honestly just sod off.
