I booked a table for my wife's birthday in advance, reservation process was straightforward and simple. The food itself was excellent (we had the dry aged rib-eye) but to be frank for the price I wish the service would have been a tiny bit more attentive. We weren't asked if we want to have any wine with the steak we ordered, or any dessert, and it's not because the house was so full that the staff was overly busy. Steak was still bloody good though

Fantastic steaks - we ordered an 800g rib-eye on the bone for two with various sides and red wine and really enjoyed it. The wine list is very limited (three red wines from the Pfalz area) but you can bring your own against a corking charge. You can also buy meat and take home, as well as sausages/salsiccia, pata negra, and other delicacies. Most staff members were super friendly, except the maestro himself who had zero sense of humor and appeared to hate his job. Next time we will just avoid him and rate the place with five stars.

Really good burger, though not quite perfect. The grilled onions were really good, and tasty meat cooked nicely. Not crazy about the cheese they used for the cheeseburger and burger was on the small side. Service was very fast and friendly.

Very positive experience when visiting the restaurant. The menu is compact with their specialities, nice options of steaks and burgers. Even wagyu burger 🍔 The fries were well-seasoned, crispy and delicious 🍟 The staff was helpful and the restaurant decoration is on point. In my opinion it's not cheap but somewhat a fair price. Recommend 👍

Steaks & Burger DELUXE! A “must” when you like meat. RECOMMENDATIONS: - mixed aperitif platter - the wagu burger 🍔 - steaks 🥩 - Rum Flor de Caña with soda/ lemonade at the side ♻️ VEGI? Sure there is a nice homemade vegi patty if you do not like meat! Mjam Mjam 😁♻️❤️

Definitely worth it. Provably one of the best burgers that I tried in HH. Friendly and reliable workers. With a short menu they really show us what a good offer ist. Even you can get the products that thy use in their dishes. Definitely I will. Come back They gave me a small present because we were celebrating my new driving licence (I wasn't driving that day)

Love the restaurant and the butchery. The restaurant is especially known for its burgers. What can I say, they are juicy, flavorful and the home made buns are great! For me one of my favorite burgers in Hamburg. You can also order excellent steaks from the butchery which are then prepared in the kitchen. But I can also highly recommend to buy a great piece of meat there and prepare it yourself at home! We also love their pastrami!

Amazing experience. First time in a restaurant inside a butcher’s shop, and I loved it. The service was remarkable, all the staff were friendly and funny. The quality of the ingredients is unbeatable. They also have an excellent drinks selection. I’m sorry for the picture, it looked so tasty that I went straight to cut it. I then remembered that I had not taken a picture. This hamburger is is my top 1 in Hamburguer list.

I wish I could give this place a 6. Cheese steak burger was so freaking good. Burgemeister behind the glass was an absolute legend and very hospitable. Made eating here an experience, and a delicious one at that. Seriously cannot fault it. I will recommend this to all my friends who visit Hamburg!

Initially we came here for burgers but then we saw the steak menu and it was a no brainer. Sören is very friendly and very nice then there’s the food!!! Wagyu was spectacular and the rib eye was uncomparable. Must pass by when in Hamburg!

Best burgers in town, I've tried a few of the options and they are all equally delicious. Fries are also really good, they use other spices so that they are not overloaded with salt. Service is also great. Too bad they don't have tap beer, but other than that it's amazing.

Best burgers we ever eat! I did travel around the world and eat burgers in many countries. The sauce is tasty, the buns are delicious and their patties from their own wagyu cows no one else can beat that. The staff is super kind and knows everything about the history from this restaurant. It was a butchery before. And you can see this everywhere in the decoration of the restaurant. We have definitely found a new favorite restaurant ! Thank you for the delicious evening, yesterday.

We had dry aged ribeye (for 2 menu) with salad and fries , highly recommended Open kitchen concept is impressive. Service and interior is smart. Will definitely dine again.

We ordered the Ribeye steak for two on the menu. Simply one of the best Steaks I’ve ever had. Cooked to the perfection, tender and juicy. The meat tasted so good that I savored every bite. The staff are friendly and helpful.
