A nice place to get some fresh food n good choice of drinks. Excellent service as well.

Very good service but unfortunately the food isn’t very good. This is a place very close to the main station and it has a really nice terrace.

Honestly i didn't expect much from this restaurant...but i was wrong. The food menu has a very good variety and there was 2 extra menus for drinks and othe food specials. The food came hot and was very tasty... exactly as i imagined from the menu description. The team was really friendly and cooperative. The Mango Maracuja fresh has a very strong flavour and is very refreshing. Overall me and my small family had a great time, meal and good experience. very recommended.

I was always curious about this place, because it is always full with guests. So we decided to try it today. My husband had prawns, and he was quite happy with them. But then, prawns take no great skill to cook. I ordered Aglio e olio. Also takes no great skill. But yet, it was the most boring pasta i have ever had, with a tiny amount of parmesan on the side, barely any garlic, and no chili flakes. So I asked them for chili flakes - they didn't have them (???). Gave me store bought chili oil instead, which apparently was the baby version because I could have drunk it like beer. I added 25% of the bottle of chili oil in my pasta and still tasted nothing. So I asked them if they had a spicier version. And this where they drove me to absolute rage. An Italian restaurant that charges 12 euros for a plate of Aglio e olio pasta (which anyway tasted more boring than simple boiled pasta), gave me TABASCO???? Might as well have given me ketchup. With pasta they served plain bread with nothing. No butter, no dip, just bread. More tasteless, nothing food. Very disappointed with the restaurant. I make better Aglio e olio than this, and I am terrible cook.

If you’re looking for an Italian and also fun restaurant/bar to go, THIS IS THE PLACE! Their menu is great (they have English, German, and Italian). But the atmosphere is amazing (10/10)! Very nice staff with great songs and also an amazing vibe! 100% recommended!!

Not good. Found out from the revient they charged €7 for two glasses of tapwater! Crazy. Some staff are friendly. Most of the staff were unfriendly and on their phones behind the counter. Had a lot of crumbs on the bench where we sat. Food arrived quickly we had pizzas. Food was bland, only a little taste. Plates were dirty and greasy. The waitress got our order wrong with downstairs smells like it had a sewer leak accident. Bathroom seem clean. The biggest problem with this place is that it presents itself as a nice place that’s actually closer to Mcdonals. It’s okay but definitely far from good.

I would put 0 stars if it was possible. All the dishes were poorly cooked - meat, fish and even vegetables. Impossible to eat. And the prices are not low. Such a dissapointment.

Great location. Amazing outdoor seating. The menu is printed on both languages English and (I think) German. Although it was my first trip to Hamburg and Prego, but definitely I will go back and have a PIZZZZZZA.

As a tourist from abroad this is our personal experience. Pro’s: open on Christmas Day, good just about edible. Con’s: food lacked flavour. Very bland cheese, base, sauce and toppings. Fries were old/overcooked. Service was slow even though it was not very busy. But the worst part was the customer service we received. The waitress that was assigned to our table came across rude and passive aggressive. Both in English and German. We did not feel welcomed here at all. Multiple attempts were made to communicate with wait staff who avoided eye contact at all costs. Only the front of house (the man) was welcoming. Overall we would not visit again nor would we recommend this place to anyone. Side note: another waiter came down to the table next to us to inform them ‘they can be provided a take away box for their food’, simply because they were taking their time to eat which made it seem like they were being kicked out. Instead of simply asking how their meal was. Also, the place is stupidly expensive. Very overpriced for what we got. €15 per pizza is ok considering it’s Christmas (even though they tasted terrible) but €5 for fries and €8 for a bottle of water is crazy.

Whenever we come for shopping, we take a coffee or meal break here. We always leave satisfied, enjoying our meals. It's conveniently located by the U-Bahn. The staff is friendly and cheerful. They have heaters outside, and you can smoke; however, it can be quite challenging in very cold weather. Still, our reason for choosing it is the outdoor space. I'm sure it's even more enjoyable in good weather.

Pretty plain and expensive food. The bruschetta were just 3 pieces of super thin bread, they were not even toasted and for 8€ that’s a joke. RUN :) Atmosphere was nice and calm, service was slow, we needed to ask the waitress to order, drinks were delivered after the starters.

I had the pleasure of visiting Italy 3 times at different times. I love Italian cuisine. That's why I came to "prego". but... it never crossed my mind that pizza and pasta could taste bad in an Italian restaurant. The pasta was swimming in a heavy-tasting sauce! And the pizza was tasteless enough to make an Italian cry with sadness and it was tasted like it cooked in an electric oven ! I give 2 stars only for tiramisu and coffee. Staff and the location are good, you can go for coffee and dessert.

Delicious pizza and pasta and the service was great. We were a table of 7 and had a lovely waitress dealing with our orders. She was very friendly and did a great job

Service is quite poor, pizza was okay, pasta was very bad. The pasta tasted like it was made by the person that knows nothing about cooking or they were just trying to use all the ingredients that they needed to get rid of. Also they are very insistent on tipping with the tourists.

The food was good and initially the service was good. When my company ordered the second round of beers we had to remind them 4 times over the course of 20 minutes until they finally delivered. Attitude was very short and immature. I assume they got scared and realized who I was.

It was delicious. Everything was quite simple but perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere inside was quite soothing and classy. Good variety of vegetarian choice, perfect lasagnas, and tasty alcohol-free drinks.

The Food was delicious. The appetizers, entree and dessert, WOW! SPECTACULAR. The service was also great!

I don't know who can love this place and give high scores to it. Maybe people without the taste. It was dirty. I had pasta with Salmon. Salmon was very bad. If you buy most cheapest, frozen salmon in a supermarket it will be better. Pasta with gorgonzola was ok.

Me and my boyfriend frequent this place. The staff is super friendly and the food is apways top notch. They always have seats for us. Sorry didnt take a picture of out main courses.

Everything was perfect

Ordered the Prego breakfast which came in trays and completely finished it. Food and service were both great. Despite being next to the main station, the prices were cool. Recommend it!

Well.. We ordered, a new waitress come and took our order, and the first one come back. Big mess! We got our pizzas; tasteless, no finesse. My Weissbier was excellent. My friend got a beer that tasted soda!!! We are all craft beer drinkers and have nevervever tasted a beer like that. We told the waitress and she replied She never heard of something similar, then we told the other one with similar answer. Did he get a replacement, no. And the beer was on the bill.. No more comment! The Baileys was also excellent!

Amazing placement. Central and with lots of places to sit outside. The food had nice and generous portions. The food both looked and tasted good. The waiters were nice and all spoke English. The menu was also in English which was appreciated! Really enjoyed it.
