Not impressed at all, especially by the shoe collection! I know that it's mainly sport store but I expected also some more elegant models - but no such luck. The prices are really good though.

My experience as a customer of that particular store of Jack Wolfskin is delightful. I got jacket and hiking blouse. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the items. They gave me good piece of advice and assisted me in my shopping. Absolutely, love it. Good job guys! You make your clients to feel special!

A very good experience with very helpful staff. I bought a pair of winter boots and the staff helped me select the shoes and trying them on without losing their patience just like some other stores. Everyone spoke English so it was a comfortable experience for me being an international student.
