At the last visit, at my insistence, another X-ray was performed, which showed damage to the seventh part during the procedure with extensive suppurating inflammation - for which the doctor advised me to look for a dentist for root canal treatment of the seventh part (because it cannot be accessed otherwise than through a canal, even though there is pus). sips). The doctor did not find an answer to the question why the problem with the adjacent tooth occurred on the day of the procedure, but she is sure that the complications are not the result of obvious medical error. Moreover, one doctor says that if it doesn't go away within a few days, he will urgently refer you to the hospital, and during the next visit, another doctor tells me that I should be observed for up to a month because it is normal (of course, before the forced photo-op - after which he changed his mind). There were certainly many more absurdities, but I simply don't want to remember them. At this moment, I have already made an appointment with another office - at my own expense, of course, but the case will end up in court anyway. Edit: I spent almost PLN 2,000 on two teeth in your company and it was one of the worst decisions. As for the unfortunate treatment of 8, it is of course untrue that the inflammation and abscess affected 7, as I said (root canal treatment - laughter in the room). The complications were dealt with in a professional office in two visits (only because the body was sterilized by an excessive dose of antibiotics without you trying to treat it). I leave the refusal of repair visits and prohibitions on expressing opinions expressed in telephone conversations to be assessed by your potential clients.

PLN in cash and... no prostheses because the team capitulated and threw up their hands, giving directions to a competing office. This is a clinic. If you think that someone there will take a comprehensive look at your problem, you are wrong. However, while lying in the armchair, you will hear what the young team has in mind: holidays, ski trips, paychecks, corporate events - this is professionalism. And this corridor with these diplomas... The doctor hung them like a Christmas tree. Oh, and if you think you'll do something for the fund, this is the wrong address. Every time you hear that registration opens only in two or three months. Over and over again. My mother thought she had come to the right place... after 5 months of visits, she was left with nothing, i.e. no teeth, but depression. A young retiree... Now you have to start all over again somewhere else.

Zgłosiłem się z bólem zęba na NFZ. Po kontakcie telefonicznym dostałem informacje ze dzis nie ma już miejsc i nie zostanę przyjęty. Po uzyskaniu informacji ze z bólem musza mnie przyjąć zadzwoniłem ponownie. dostałem informacje tym razem mniej grzecznie ze dentysta mnie przyjmie między pacjentami. Przejechałem ponad 30 km do ekstradentu i na miejscu okazało się ze nie zostanę przyjęty bo sie pomylili i maja tylko chirurga który ząb może mi tylko wyrwać lu odpłatnie za 250zl mogę być przyjęty za pol godziny. Straciłem tylko czas i pieniądze na paliwo. Sprawa zostaje zgłoszona do NFZ gdyż uważam to za jawne oszustwo. Nie polecam! EDIT. Odpowiedz na komentarz I tu bardzo się nie zgodzę gdyż dzwoniłem i pytałem się czy przyjmuje dziś stomatolog na NFZ i dostałem odpowiedz telefonicznie ze lekarz na NFZ jest do godziny 14.00!! I tak jak rozmawiałem przez telefon pojawiłem się o godz 12.00. Na miejscu usłyszałem ze dzisiaj nie przyjmuje nikt na NFZ oprócz chirurga który zęba może mi wyrwać i ze koleżanka przez telefon musiała się pomylić. Taka jest prawda i proszę nie tworzyć własnych „fikcyjnych” historii. Ponieważ z chęcią zaczekałbym do godz 14.00. Niepozdrawiam

Zadzwoniłem we wtorek z bólem zęba z samego rana. Dostałem informację, że na 10:30 jest wolne miejsce ale tylko prywatnie. Mówię sobie super. Zostałem przyjęty do gabinetu o 11:40... W trakcie miałem robione tylko zdjęcie. Osoba co sprawdzała mi zęby uznała, że mam zęba do wyrwania ale on tego nie zrobi. Muszę poczekać. O godzinie 13 dopiero zaczęto mi wyrywać zęba. Znieczulenie mocne, dobre. Nic nie czułem bólu. Obsługa miła lecz panie z recepcji z brakiem empati. Za wyrwanie zapłaciłem 500 zł, a za zdjęcie 80 zł. Rozumiem wszystko, że są opóźnienia itd. Ale przez to nie byłem w pracy i dodatkowo ta cena za tyle czasu czekania..

Dla mnie, kogoś kto niestety wyniósł traumę z dzieciństwa, wizyty w przychodni Ekstradent to wybawienie od tego problemu. Każda osoba spotkana w przychodni jest bardzo przyjemna i kulturalna, od pań w recepcji, w pracowni RTG po każdego lekarza dentystę czy chirurga. Szczególnie chciałam podziękować pani Dr Karolinie Juszczak za podejście pełne empatii, zrozumienia i cierpliwości, bardzo przyjemna osoba o dobrym sercu. Naprawdę polubiłam wizyty u dentysty, nie boje się i wiem, że zostanę uwolniona od bólu. Wszystko to zrobione na NFZ, co bardzo miło mnie zaskoczyło że nie pieniądze decydują o tym jak traktuje się tam pacjenta. Każdej osobie chciałam gorąco podziękować za wyleczenie moich zębów i pozbycie się lęków przeszłości, moje codzienne życie bez bólu zębów stało się dużo bardziej komfortowe. Polecam serdecznie :)

Do Extradent trafiłam przypadkiem szukając na chybił-trafił stomatologa dla Syna. Miejsce na NFZ było na drugi dzień rano. Syn miał pierwszą wizytę u Pana Jakuba Sz. I nie ma opcji żeby kiedykolwiek poszedł do kogoś innego. Pan Jakub to miły człowiek i świetny lekarz. Podejście do ruchliwego,gadatliwego 9cio latka na 6+. Ja chodzę do Pani Klaudii S. I również jestem zachwycona profesjonalizmem leczenia oraz miłym podejściem do pacjenta. Polecam :)

I think that the doctor has a very good approach to the patient, which unfortunately cannot be said about the ladies at the registration desk. Unfortunately, I had to call because I simply forgot what time my stone cleaning appointment was scheduled. The lady who answered was very rude and rude, she laughed during the phone conversation, called me "you" at first and required me to provide my date of birth (it was the first time I had encountered something like this, especially since I am a regular patient). The ladies are probably more busy talking to each other than to the patient, because many times during the phone conversation the lady was busy with her friend and not focused on the conversation with me.

I was admitted with pain almost immediately and I wanted to thank the receptionist for helping me find help so quickly. On Wednesday, I had the 6th leg removed under anesthesia, the procedure was performed by Doctor Chmiel, the approach to the patient was 10/10 The anesthesiologist was very nice, friendly and understanding, but I was very scared! I'm two days after the procedure and I've already forgotten about the pain and all the fear was unnecessary! I wholeheartedly recommend the entire extradent team!

Wow, just wow, is all I can say. I went in to get my first wisdom tooth extracted with NFZ, and honestly did not know what to expect. I looked into different dentists, and have asked several of my colleagues before choosing a place to get any dental procedures. I have been treated with different dentists/orthodontists from the USA, Korea, and the UK, and Dr. Wałek-Pedrycz was probably one of the best, or if not, the best dentist I have encountered. The whole team is very friendly, always have someone speaks English that if you are an English speaker looking for a place to get your dental procedures, I highly recommend the Ekstradent. There are three different ways to approach them: via phone, facebook messenger, and in-person visit. Although, they are very friendly in all platforms, the facebook messenger was the worst way to get in contact in terms of waiting time (average 1-2 day reply). However, they always responded with friendliness that I will still give them a five star rating. :) When I return for my stitch removal, I will take some pictures to attach in the review. :)

Zaczęłam chodzić do tej klinki kiedy miałam 13/14 lat, wtedy chodziłam z mamą a panicznie bałam się dentystów. Zawsze wszystko było super, bezboleśnie, same konkrety co i jak.
