    Honestly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Customer service is nonexistent and problems aren't resolved. Staff members just shout and mock to prove a point, ended up leaving my food on the plate as we were so displeased. For those interested, here's what happened: We were sat down, no mention of any delay in the kitchen. We placed our order and I started timing (something I do for fun) it took an 1 hour, 3 minutes and 24 seconds for the food to arrive. A table of six who ordered just before us received their food within 20 minutes. At about 50 minutes we asked a member of staff, when we brought up the time with them and said "there's a 1-2 hour delay" then just walked off. My steak was barely cooked, asked for medium and I got it rare, numerous staff walked past whilst trying to get attention, we were just being ignored. Decided to leave as we were no longer enjoying ourselves and couldn't get staff to sort our food. Went to pay the bill and mentioned we weren't happy, they started arguing and raising their voice, told my girlfriend to "watch masterchef" as all of their medium steaks are cooked like that, stating that they were experts. After showing numerous pictures online showing numerous charts of what rare to well done are, they just kept arguing. Ultimately we decided to pay the bill as they were not going to do anything to try and remedy the situation, not even an apology. A truly brilliant example of how to not run a restaurant and deal with customers.

    I came here first three years ago. Food and service were both excellent. Sadly, today it was a different story. Unlike some of the other reviewers I found the staff to be helpful. In my opinion the problem is in the kitchen. We waited a very long time for food. After waiting a while I asked why there was a delay. The waitress went to the kitchen and a short while later they brought up some fries, which were raw. At this point I checked other google reviews and saw that the place seems to have gone down hill since my first visit. I had ordered chicken, but seeing as the fries were raw I wasn't going to take any chance of getting sick on holiday. My wife spoke to the waitress and we were not charged for the fries or the drinks, hence two stars not one. If the owner of Roy Ben is reading this. You should think anout getting rid of your chef. He may cost you your business.

    Worst restaurant I stepped foot in. Horrible customer service, unbelievably rude staff that argue with their customers instead of trying to sort issues out. Ruined the end of our holiday. After a long 11 day holiday in Poland, we wanted food after we got to our last hotel. Found this place after reading reviews and it was a 4 min walk. Walked in and was told downstairs is quiet so sat down there. Waited for food for over an hour. When I asked the waiter (same one that showed us downstairs) how much longer we have to wait. He rudely said there is a wait of up to two hours and that everyone is waiting, without apologising. If we knew that there was a wait we wouldn't of bothered with this place. Good restaurants let their potential customers know how long the wait for food is before they sit down. There was a group of 6 that sat down after us and had their food for around half hour before we got ours. We ordered a medium steak and lasagne. Steak was very rare, all pink, we ordered it medium, both waiters knew. Lasagne was ok. When we asked for the bill I told the waiter that the steak is very pink and not edible and I'm not willing to pay for it and she said that she doesn't know what to do about it. She said they can put it back to cook, to which I said that we spent nearly two hours here and aren't willing to stay any longer. The other waiter (rude one) came up and asked if there is a problem. Both of them then laughed at us and said that that is how they cook their medium and he threw himself about while she went and brought the steak up. He told me to watch 'Masterchef' because we don't know what steaks should be like and that he knows everything about them etc. I said that we never had a pink steak like that. My bf showed him images from Google and he laughed and said they are all wrong and he knows better. He paced around the restaurant muttering to himself, at that point I gave up and paid the full amount because I wanted to leave as I felt very uncomfortable and victimised by these two employees. Never again.

    Honestly, I did have to think for a bit whether to leave this review or not, but even after a week later, I am still not feeling any different about Roy Ben. I am guessing they were aiming to be like the classic British Weatherspoons. However, it is not even close. Mind you, I did not have much expectation, but starting off their dirty silverware to very bland and dry dishes I do not know what else to say. Also, my comment on the shrimp starter, pure disappointment, I believe they had about six or seven pieces of shrimps, very salty, nothing but literally sizzling oil and shrimps. My colleague had a white top and the waiter served it right in front of her while the oil was still sizzling which made her shirt dirty as well. Overall, it is such an unfortunate experience I had, and will not be returning or recommend anyone to visit.

    The place is really nice, I was there not a first time... but. I came there on Saturday, with my family, near 5.30 P.M., asked for a table, nobody wanted to help me, all tables were reserved. I politely asked when the reservation will start? No answer... Really bad service, I was about to out, but finally one waitress lady showed me a table (previously reserved). Well, well, well. Finally the food was good, service from a youn waitress was outstanding but first impression was very bad. If I weren't there previously 3 times, I would even not taste the meals. That is why, I gave only 2* for the first impression. All the best and be patient 🤣

    Lovelly little British themed steak house, Seriously this place is awsome, I ordered a T-Bone Steak for lunch and it came to around £12.00, Cooked to perfection and the presentation of the food was beautiful. The staff are friendly and speak fluent English.

    The food here is amazing, they're open til midnight (including kitchen), and have excellent prices even for locals (without the exchange rate). I strongly recommend the chicken burger (chicken sandwich). It's very filling and savory.

    Fantastically good food and incredibly good service 🙏. Natalia who served was service oriented and was always there.. Ate a pasta called "Angel's kiss" and it was incredibly good... A restaurant that you just have to visit when you are in Kielce 🇵🇱
