The kitchen is nice, although too dark;) On very hot days, the apartment is a bit too warm, but we weren't there to sit in the apartment :) For me, it's close to everything, next to a grocery store, a grocery store, a gas station, a second-hand shop, an ice cream shop, and a pharmacy. There wasn't much noise despite the proximity to a large intersection, maybe just an ambulance once in a while. And a good transport route, buses to every place. It's quiet in the block. The driveway to the block is from the other side than the one shown by the navigation. I recommend it with a clear conscience and will definitely come back when I have the opportunity.
