    Quite questionable conditions for an apartment. A rather ordinary apartment with worn-out equipment. Nice owner. Formalities can be completed very quickly without unnecessary formalities.

    Everything is generally OK. Quiet district, close to everything. The standard is adequate to the price. I don't complain and I recommend it. Everything you need is there.
