Really nice place! Open, relaxing, great chill music and the staff are very attentive. Coffee, bakery and food items. My favorite place for coffee in Kigali.

They have the fluffiest pancakes! And offer orange juice for reasonable price. They have a great back yard to sit and enjoy the breakfast in calm.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very nice coffees. I had (and came back for!) a great orange and ginger drink. Great couscous vegetarian meal too. Tip: staying true to Rwanda and not over-Americanizing but staff could be a little more open and smiling. They thawed when I spoke a few words of Kinyarwanda

Le Rituel Café is one of the greatest places to do your work! It is ideal for people who are productive in quite spaces with less distractions. Their service is amazing and the cafe attendants are awesome. The food is alright and definitely the menu course can be improved. Otherwise, it is one of the best coffee shops I have been in Kigali.

In a quiet neighbourhood a great coffee shop with good internet, you can sit down and relax, do a meeting or some chatting. Costumer care is good

They have tiramisu! I enjoyed sitting outside in the gazebo. The service could have been quicker.

My significant other didn’t like the taste of their caramel macchiato(she had me taste it as well) it was more of a dark coffee…. I would say it was not well balanced we were only few people there! Maybe better tell them how to make it in advance!

The staff's hygiene is so badᆢ I buy iced coffee, but in front of the buyer, I break the ice on a marble with my bare hands and put it in a coffee cup. ᆢ Totally disappointing. When I asked, he said yes because the price of the cup was included, so when I asked how much the cup was, he replied 250rwf. But when I asked why 3.000rwf again, he didn't answer. #1 place you don't want to come back to

This cafe is not motivated. 15 minutes after placing my order, I was told the item was not available. It was an iced Americano. I don't see the point in not being able to order coffee at a cafe… The staff came to explain that the power was out, but the refrigerator lights were on. The location is nice, so I'd like to see them do a little better.

The service woman was terrible. And the ice latte was disgusting. I’m sure this cafe is the worst that I’ve ever been. It’s like a Rwandan quality cafe. By the way,they told us that they can’t use the electricity. But the refrigerator was working🫢

Nice place, very tasty coffee. Sometimes there are waiters who don’t understand what they have on the menu or bring something that’s not what you ordered. The menu can only be seen by reading the QR code (this is not always convenient for me)

I am not sure the average of service quality in this country, but compared with my country,here is awful. After ordered a donut, the staff said it is not available in 15 minutes.I think the staff should have checked earlier. Also the food and drink was not so tasty.
