Really enjoyed my stay at the Park Inn - the room is comfortable, the staff are really nice + friendly, the pool & gym was fantastic - I have nothing to complain about when it comes to this hotel. I was overcharged upon check-out, however, the manager quickly jumped in and sorted out the situation - the driver that this hotel uses unfortunately overcharges quite a bit & I would avoid using his services, we were charged almost 45 000 Rwandan Francs ($45) for an airport transfer which is around 2x the actual price - I would highly recommend first time travellers to either negotiate this with the hotel or find alternative means.

I love using gym sauna sometimes swimming pool good and quite place with good services.

Tomorrow we are having our annual scientific conference from this hotel, I had multiple visits at this hotel, and the last one was yesterday. We are so excited to have our annual scientific conference being conducted here. The atmosphere is so nice, it has got its own interior design which gives this hotel its own unique compare to other hotel. Last time I was so captivated with the hanging wood bicycles on their wall just after you enter the hotel. They have got nice rooms and amazing conference hall. Their food and breakfast, it is another level. Therefore, I am so happy to comeback again tomorrow for our annual scientific conference and the next day, we are having a cocktail party at this hotel. I recommend for any one who wants to conduct any event from here, you won't be disappointed.

I was there briefly due to a delayed flight. The service we received was great and the food was good. We had breakfast and lunch there. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The bathroom in my room was not the cleanest, only thing I can fault them on. Hotel us beautiful and the pool was very clean

Pick up from the airport was prompt and very welcoming. On arrival at the hotel we were warmly welcomed by a very sweet lady (House keeping Manager- Blanche) The rooms are very spacious, neat, modern and very comfy. The Food was nothing short of delectable shout out to Chef Shyaka who made me and us roasted fish of the day ,avocado salad and nice local green veg . The staff was very kind and professional. And we really enjoyed the quiet and serene location the hotel is situated not forgetting proximity to the city. Would highly recommend Park Inn 🤗🤗

This was a wonderful stay after some rustic nights. Staff are willing to help and are quick with a smile. There is a taxi on site which makes for easy transportation but it is also walkable if you wish. Kigali works hard to be safe and clean and the pride in it's people is wonderful to witness. Breakfast offers a huge number of options and is delicious.

Efficient and smiling. The gym is spacious and well equipped.. and the restaurant, managed by Sandrine, was more than good.

Stayed twice over 3 days. Second time great view and room. 1st time room was a supposed to be a double, but two single beds were pushed together. Furniture was not complete....lights over bed ....not happy but only one night so didn't complain.

The good - It's a budget hotel, and they exceed those expectations. The staff were very eager and helpful. Sometimes too helpful. Like you'd go to the buffet and come back and your dinner plate was gone. Top of mind - Brian, Sandrine, Jacqueline, Samwel, Ellah - all very quick and knowledgeable staff. The not good - poor wifi in the rooms, plus they turn off the wifi six hours or so before checkout. This happened to me and my colleagues. Another colleague who was left behind had wifi. So, this is not just me complaining. Location is great, the views of the Kigali Hills is amazing. The food was hotel food, and they had great variety. I enjoyed my stay. Just the wifi thing bothered me.

Everything about ParkInn Kigali was great! The hospitality is on another level from the moment you enter at the gate, then the reception!! The rooms were bigger than I imagined and the food was super delicious!! Room service is faster than I have experienced anywhere else, and I loved that about them! The only bad thing was that it all had to end and I had just one night there! Gerald from front office, Gakuru in the restaurant, Moses at the pool bar were the names that stuck with me! They really made my stay special with their care and warmth! I can’t recommend it enough but give ParkInn Kigali all your money, you won’t regret it! That’s for sure!!!

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff are warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent fitness center. Generous and tasty breakfast buffet. Pleasant surroundings with a relatively easy walk to the city center. I would be happy to stay here again.

Good mid-range Hotel. Lovely service, decent menu. I loved the location.

I stayed at the Park Inn for 4 nights, and I easily could have stayed there for much longer. The staff were very attentive and accommodating and the hotel bar/restaurant were fantastic. Also, the pool and gym are great additions. Very appreciative of my time spent here and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Kigali.

Arsene helped us with our luggage. He and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much. Hope to visit you in future again.

Located at the top of the hilly side part of Kigali and not up to 30 minutes drive from the international airport. The hotel offers excellent services, the staff are cordial, respectful and always willing to be of assistance. By the way, the complimentary breakfast is topnotch. The gym room is enticing. There's also a swimming pool and sauna. Be assured to enjoy your stay and have a memorable time. 5 stars!

The best place to stay in Kigali. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel offers a lot of facilites such as pool, gym and sauna. Prince was always helpful and the person who helped with our luggage were also incredibly friendly and helpful!

The rooms are standard but I hope that they still change my bath towel for 10 days, the location is good, and they never give laundry bags without your request and do not deliver them before 2 days, the staff is very interested and helpful

The room was spacious. Clean. Basic amenities and Sanitizer were provided. This room was with pool view. I enjoyed my stay. Polite staff. The reason why one star was missing is because i asked the room service staff the straw however he told me to drink the ice blended chocolate with the table spoon 🥄 . I was like what?? We dont drink with table spoon 🥄! It was funny though, but it was fine as long as the staff wasnt rude and I finally got the straw 😃. I’ll see you soon in the future.

We arrived very late at this hotel but the staff were helpful. The clean room and environment made a striking impression on me. Got lost as google kept taking us round in circles. Finally the meals were enjoyable. The breakfast in the was perfect.

Beautiful rooms, very well appointed. The WiFi speeds are excellent, though they don't have a business center. The breakfast was great, I didn't know carrot juice was so healthy. It's a bit on the pricey side, but I would certainly recommend it.

By far the best family friendly hotel in kigali ,welcoming children and providing essentials for family travellers such as additional right bedding and many other in-room conveniences and facilities for kids and family. I just had a staycation at the ParkInn and I am very pleased with their customer care service. The check in process was fast and smooth, the entire staff was respectful and the room was immaculate. They also have a great fitness facility that enjoyed together with their spa. I must say I had a great time and I'll surely be back soon.

The comfort of the bed was exceptional, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every evening. After a day of exploring the city, sinking into the plush pillows and soft linens was pure bliss. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the sauna and steam room, but we’re already planning to do so on our next visit. With its amazing breakfast offerings, supremely comfortable beds, and enticing amenities, Park Inn by Radisson Kigali provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. It’s a place we’ll fondly remember and eagerly return to
