A nice and chill area in the middle of Kigali. The huge β€œKIGALI” lettering is here as well. Also you can rent and ride a Guraride bike around the area.

A place to take some time and breath while enjoying the beautiful city views. You can also rent a bicycle to enjoy the place even more. It's a "Just Relax" kind of environment in the middle of the city.

This is a place in kigali city where cars are not allowed to move there. There is also free Internet enough to connect everyone in that area. This place has a great view to capture pictures of good look.

This is the area of downtown Kugali, which is blocked for motor vehicles. The promenade is very clean and there are a number of small restaurants and goft shops. This is a good place to go for a walk in the evening.

If you want to take a rest, This is the best place where there is no car sounds(that is why it is called: "carfree zone.) So if you want to to take a break making dialogue with your siblings just visit this place, it is located near M. Peace plaza and Bank of Kigali Visit and enjoy, there is too much covered places for sitting. You're welcome!

It used to be another street in Kigali, now it is an only pedestrian zone, with a bike rail. There are several shoes along, some restaur ants, cellphone repair and accessories, bars, etc. There is a sign of Kigali where wyou can take your picture, or some of the photographers there could take one of you for a price. Really enjoyed the walk, specially as it is parallel to one of the busiest streets I've seen in downtown Kigali. Today, Sept 9th, there was a book fair, with books for kids for the most part, and another stand with physiotherapy like info and consultation. So, it is a space for all kinds of events.

I wasn't really aware of this place new of my work, how it has been developed managed, beautified so that people can enjoy everything here. This is a calm place full of free internet and when you are here you can feel the flesh air at the top plateau of Kigali City, and it's view in every direction of it. Thanks to the authority of Kigali City for this innovation recreation area. The design is very very culturally attractive. Bravo

It is was a nice place. Nicely maintained. We went there on Saturday and sunday but found it closed. We found only two restaurants open during the evening..we tried to have dinner but couldn't fine a suitable restaurant open. Then went to the other side of the road and had dinner..However, the place was nice to pay a visit.. Recommended for the visit, anyone visiting Kigali...

Very nice place free from traffic noise. You can spend time there with your friend enjoying the nature and travelling the clean roads without interaction with vehicles and crowds of people. It's really nice and relatively private place, in the evening the place appears to be much more attractive

That area need some uplift to attract more business, ir can be alive throughout that night with clubs live music and eating places. We struggled to get place to eat where another did not have fish, somewhere only chicken for 1 person was available.

I recently visited the Kigali car-free zone and was truly impressed by the atmosphere and the variety of artisanal products available. The pedestrian-only area is a great place to stroll and take in the sights and sounds of the city, and there are plenty of seating options for those who want to sit and relax. I was particularly impressed by the selection of crafts, jewelry, and clothing made by local artisans, and the restaurants and cafes in the area offered a great place to grab a bite to eat. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to the Kigali car-free zone to anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture of the city.
