I came here because I had a very painful toothache. They were very nice to me, and I only had to wait about five minutes, and then they brought me in. Dr. Madhusudan helped me understand the procedure and explained to me why removing the tooth was necessary. He helped me a lot. It was very quick, and I got my tooth right out, and it felt much better after that.

Great doctors and customer service, however the person responsible for taking vitals was not around for almost two hours leading to a long messy queue which reflects badly on the great service from the rest of the team. Thank you to the head of customer service for your assistance.

Just saw yr page,but guess what;Friday was such a good experience about patient care in hospitals in Rwanda!I brought there a friend of mine from kenya but as soon I arrived to your hospital I met a guy whose t shirt had a name Fidel on it. He helped us for a quick service and ensured we were given the best service!within 2hrs we had got our CT scan results!got to know that you have a good gynecologist lady from India and a good surgeon from India.Dr kayibanda is also a good reputed Doctor.will be referring people to you guys!

I especially loved how Dr. Ganga really took her time to explain my conditions, ease my mind and listened to all my concerns. She discussed with me in a detailed way my treatment options that later turned into a planned, smooth and successful surgery. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist in gynecology.

I was looking for dental care, I was served well but those services are very expensive. What I propose to ameliorate is customer care at reception,as clients I think we don't know and it's not easy to know how we follow each other,thus it must be well organized.(like using numbers or other options)

It is so fast to get services. Customer care is really good as well, but somehow expensive to those who do not use any health insurances when it comes to use machines through the parts of the body , and also the result of utrasound is usually delayed

I always go there and get good service. Thus they have few specialists in some services like dentistry, internal medicine, gynaecology and gastro. But dermatology, pediatric and ENT services are much needed. We will appreciate if those services are added.

Frankly, the services are good. I appreciated how we have been received and how faster the decision to get my wife surgered has been been made as well as lab exams. However improvement would be much appreciated on lodging side: For instance, bed sheets were not clean, shower installations are broken, floor cleanness, etc... As an engineer, I would recommend an electrician and a plumber for bi-weekly visit to that everything is inspected and fixed. If all this is well done, your Clinic would be recommended to other patients especially those in need of surgery services.
