    One has to stand in a queue outside the office, and by the time you get inside, it would be 90 minutes over. Then to reach the counter another 30 minutes. The staff handling the customer takes too long. Possibly the computer systems are slow. Need to quicken service delivery. Someone from top management needs to go incognito and experience the issues described above.

    Nice place but with rude security man He suppose to go for Customer service training. Being in security uniforms doesn't men you are above everything

    Had to wait about an hour to get a new sim. Not enough seats so you have to stand in a queue most of the time which is exhausting. Good thing is, security guard kept reassuring me and customer service personnel was good, answered all my questions satisfactorily.

    Had a good experience with the MTN service center in Kigali. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. The prices were also reasonable. However, the waiting time can be long, especially during peak hours.

    Spend 2 hours just registering a sim card. Not sure how many systems they have to capture data into, but the system needs improvement.

    I was well received, the service is excellent however it would be even better if there was a reception front desk designed to give directives concerning different services required by customers; that will avoid the fact of queuing for thirty minutes and finding oneself not having fulfilled the necessary conditions to obtain the service that someone came looking for.

    This place has only one real staff! All the other staff ask her about everything, making her ineffective. Long lines from outside the door. Definitely need better staff

    They helped me with 3G internet configuration quickly. I recommend them rather than calling MTN Customer Service call center as they never took serious action about my issue even I called them 3 times! I even escalted the issue on the last call then opened a ticket on their online platform but no follow up whatsoever!

    Long queues and grumpy service assistants. Half the counters are unstaffed, or the service assistants are busy chatting on their phones, leading to very long wait times; this service centre is best avoided.
