The rooms are stinking.. Cocoroaches in the Air conditioner. The supervisor doesn't know calculations. Because of their Mistake in reservations they put me in a so called super luxury room ( with Cocoroaches which I haven't booked) for 4 Hours and charged me the full amount.

Fairly OK. Worth for the price. Communications with customers should be improved and need to understand requirement of the customer as well. Easy access. Ample parking.

Situated along side Kandy - Jaffna A9 highway. Safe/ clean/ spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Conveniently located close to the kilinochchi town. Considering the location, it is a decent place to rest after a long drive from anywhere.

Great stay. No room service, but just ask for fresh towels, it leave your keys and they will clean the room. Pleasant staff and very roomy simple room with air-conditioning. No frills but all with a kettle and fridge what more do you need at the price.

Good place in kilinochchi area..no any 5star hotel in this area. Good place to stay,there were a small kitchen area,living area and room, washroom good. Hot water available. Space enough for 03 persons.....meals not available

One of best places to get a room in the area. Rooms are well maintained. Reasonably priced. Good service. AC, non AC rooms with the hot water option.

Rooms were neat. Easy access. If lift facility is available can attract families with older members.

Reasonably clean, but need more attention. Very noisy due to vehicular traffic especially the front rooms. It's quite disturbing in the night during rain as water falling on the balcony with loud noise.

I hve pre booked a room for me and wife and my 5 years old son but when i went there they lady is in the front desk. She was on a call and not minding us. Then i call her and ask about my doble bed room which i booked two days before , she was like im bothering her and not even listing what im saying. And she call another person and telling him that why u take this reservation they bring a child too in a don't care manner. And like she was telling me that they have only one bed room. This is really irresponsible. We came all over from colombo with family Beacause of good reviews of this hotel. Plz change that reception lady. She was not suitable for that position.

The works need to learn to speak politely and the way they responding was so bad. The bedsit,water and toilet soap has to give well. The brothers are not enough mature to talk politely. Unfortunately I didn't get the peaceful atmosphere when I was staying there. Sorry to say that the owner of the hotel needs to monitor the workers and instruct them to talk politely .

Secure & comfortable place to stay ID uour visiting Kilinochchi. Clean rooms ,good customers service and good quality rooms

Very large rooms. Typical south Indian influence. Moderate facilities. Hot water, and other requirements needs attention, as they are not up to the expected levels. Clean and tidy.

Very Bad smell there. cannot recommend to stay there

Wow, Nice, modern, clean, so much nicer than I expected. More like what you would find in the higher end hotels in Colombo. You're basically getting a one bedroom apartment. Great value for the money.

Lotus Cottage is a peaceful and calm place to stay with family and friends near by Kilinochchi town. Hotel staffs are really kind and treat the visitors very well.There is a huge parking also available so no need to worry about it. Facilities are 100% fulfilled but there is few little things to be fixed. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

There are available family rooms for rent with visiter hall and small kitchen. Looks nice and reasonable price.

I spent two days in there with my family. It was comfortable for us as some of the staff could speak Sinhala. The room was very convenient for a family and it was well cleaned. It is just a walking distance for supermarkets in case if need any. There is a plenty of parking available for this premises. CCTV is operated. so I think it's a good and protective place for a family.

We have made a reservation two days prior to the arrival date. They have let me know the room number as well. Once we arrived to hotel receptionist told us that our reserved room is already in use and they are happy to give a another room. We were okay with that. Once we got into the room we have seen that these rooms are newly constructed so we were happy with our room. Inside the room there is a small lounge area as well. Then we entered the bed room it was cleaned and in good condition but came a very bad smell. So we thought it was due to lack of use so I have turned on the A/C. But smells keep growing and we are unable to stay in the room. So we have complained to stuff regarding this. Then the stuff member checked the room and he also agreed with us there’s bad smell coming from the room. Then I have requested another room “ He said there aren’t any rooms available” but later all of the sudden he gave us next room. This room also came a bad smell from the lounge area. Bed room were okay. But bathroom door lock also broken. And bedsheets aren’t clean towels are dirty. Disgusting. When I complained regarding this they have mentioned that they don’t have anymore rooms. I was unable to sleep that day cause these disgusting room. Something I learned here that you shouldn’t spend the night on Kilinochchi. Cause there aren’t any good hotels or guest house in the area. My best advice is stay in Jaffna - 1 hour drive.
