The
facility
in
question
is
undoubtedly
a
visually
stunning
establishment
with
immense
potential.
However,
there
are
numerous
aspects
that
require
immediate
attention
and
improvement
in
order
to
provide
a
comfortable
experience
for
international
guests.
This
particular
visit
to
the
facility
was
prompted
by
several
YouTube
videos,
as
we
are
from
Switzerland.
We
encountered
a
number
of
minor
issues
during
our
stay,
such
as
a
non-functional
VR
game
console
and
an
inability
to
rent
a
beach
motorcycle
without
explanation.
As
a
result,
we
opted
to
rent
a
golf
car
for
3000
RS
per
hour
to
ensure
personal
transportation.
Unfortunately,
the
driver
did
not
prioritize
our
needs
and
instead
dropped
us
off
at
Reecha
Island
while
attending
to
other
guests.
This
resulted
in
a
delay
of
approximately
15
minutes
when
we
were
ready
to
depart
from
the
island.
On
another
occasion,
during
the
Forest
Island
tour,
we
encountered
unoccupied
booths.
After
eventually
finding
a
staffed
booth,
we
hoped
to
order
drinks.
However,
we
were
met
with
disappointment
as
the
female
and
male
staff
members
were
absorbed
in
a
personal
conversation
rather
than
assisting
the
guests.
The
woman
even
made
a
remark
to
the
man
about
his
spouse
being
upset
due
to
a
phone
call
made
on
her
personal
device.
This
lack
of
attentiveness
led
to
people
behind
us
waiting
impatiently
before
eventually
leaving.
Additionally,
when
we
bid
farewell
to
the
employees,
they
did
not
respond
or
acknowledge
our
appreciation.
Regrettably,
the
majority
of
the
employees
we
encountered
were
incredibly
unfriendly
and
lacked
motivation.
They
appeared
disinterested
and
did
not
possess
the
ability
to
offer
a
simple
smile
to
anyone.
During
the
shooting
games,
when
my
husband
tipped
the
employees
with
his
change
after
purchasing
tickets,
not
even
a
"thank
you"
was
expressed
in
return.
Considering
the
negative
experiences
outweigh
the
positive
aspects,
I
personally
would
not
choose
to
revisit
this
establishment.
