Had to book a room last minute. Great value for money, lovely room just off the main street (John's Street) well appointed room with an en suite. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend!

Best place I stayed in Ireland. Quick and easy check in. Clean room. Quiet as all get out. Great blinds (slept till 10). Jim was polite and helpful. Bar was a quick walk from the castle. Pub had great guinness. Note: you save about 15 Euros if you call them directly instead of using booking.com or another website

An absolutely fantastic spot in the heart of Kilkenny city. The rooms are beautiful, bathrooms are fab, very spacious, HIGHLY CLEAN, so reasonable but defo not usual B and B standard - so far ABOVE it. I would say more like a 4 star hotel. Staff can’t do enough as for the bar downstairs - WONDERFUL! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Stayed there for a weekend. Staff were lovely and insightful about the area. Centrally located. Took really good care of me and my extended family for the weekend. Definitely will be back.

This place was the best value of any room on our trip. The room was nicely sized for our party of 3. The mattress was unfortunate but I was grateful for a good value.

Perfect location, really clean and big rooms. Sufficiently equipped. You have your own front door to enable you to come and go as you please, whatever the time. Would definitely recommend, unless you can't climb stairs.

Very cute and clean little room above the pub. Bartender very accommodating and locals were fun as well. Would definitely stay here again!

If you're lucky enough to get Mag the bartender to check you in your upstairs room and also serve you at the bar, well thats a highlight of your first experience in Kilkenny. Very nice town and the friendly atmosphere is well worth the visit to start off your Ireland driving trip.

Very clean room. Great location. Easy to check in. Only issue was the shower was just a trickle of cool water. Lovely cafe around the corner called Arán is a must for breakfast.

Very convenient location for the train and getting around town. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed catching some music and a pint in the pub. Highly recommend!

Great accommodations, our room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed a nightcap in the bar as well and had a great time chatting with the patrons and publican. We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous accommodation. Rooms very clean and modern. Close to everything which is a plus. Staff here go above and beyond to help you out. Wasn’t sure about the parking across the road and the lady behind the bar came out to check with me and my partner to make sure we wouldn’t get clamped. Super friendly here, lovely little pub with good live music also!

Some of the rooms are over the pub, so check if you are planning on being there on a back holiday when the music runs late.

Owner is the very BEST and found room for me at midnight when ALL accommodations were filled within a 5 hour drive. Beautiful on-suite room in a nice area.
