I walk in and it's over 100deg outside. Waiter just thru down the menu and walked away. I knew exactly what I wanted to eat and drink. Then comes back 5 min later after me watching him talk to other patrons at the counter. Don't offer water, appetizer, or drink menu.. don't think I'm be going back

Food was mediocre, music extremely loud, felt more like a bar than a restaurant. Service was ok. From my experience I wouldn’t recommend.

Great place to eat or have drinks. All the waitresses were great! They gave tequila recommendations and kept coming back to the table to see if we needed anything. Food tasted great!

Didn't really care for this spot too much. The drinks were over priced and lacked in quality. They were all super sweet and syrupy. I personally don't like paying top prices for subpar drinks. The food was mediocre nothing that really impressed me. I honestly preferred to just eat the chips and salsa.

Absolutely done with this place. Everytime I order I get a different dish. I have ordered beef fajitas each time. Sometimes I get chicken and beef. Sometimes I get beef and tomatoes. Sometimes I get no cheese. Sometimes no lettuce or sour cream. Their meat is flavored amazingly but their kitchen staff doesn’t know how to serve what’s listed for each dish on their menu. Tired of wasting my time not getting what I ordered. 5 times I’ve given this a shot and I’ve only gotten what’s listed on their menus once. Their dine in experience isn’t much better. I do love their photo opportunities out front. Their waitstaff that speaks English doesn’t know the menu. And had to leave multiple times to ask if they had an item (birra tacos and beef fajitas… both on the menu…. Then the ones who speak Spanish just sit there loudly yelling to other staff while half the restaurant looks at them like why?) I guess authentic because that’s how it was in my tias kitchen growing up… too many restaurants in this town for y’all to not be consistent when you have good flavors!

I really believe that you have to give places a chance, especially when you drive by them often. I mean, imagine that you pass by the best ice cream shop in the state everyday heading to work but you never stop in to check it out. The old adage "you only get one time to make a first impression" is appropriate but you need to make it through the door as well. Anyhow, we stopped in mid-day to have lunch. It wasn't super busy but active enough that the waitresses were going non-stop. We ordered a beef quesadilla and the Supreme burrito. (I asked the waitress about the difference between it and the Burrito Los Cabos and she suggested the choice we made.) I will be honest here and say a mishap happened with the order and the waitress recognized it and it was rectified. That says a lot to me about service when a waitress addresses the issue immediately and without getting emotional (whether defensive or frustrated.) And that earns some stars here. The house salsa, burrito and quesadilla were good. From the photos and videos, you can see the filling to tortilla ratio and make your own assumptions. The menu had several other items on it and I really should have asked about what the house specialty and most ordered items were. But, it is a pleasant atmosphere and I can imagine a lazy afternoon on their covered patio drinking margaritas.

I don’t have any major complaints. Service was extremely courteous and timely. We did not wait long for our entrees at all. I ordered shrimp tacos which were absolutely delicious. It comes with two soft shell tacos. I asked for my shrimp to be grilled and not breaded which was accommodated without hesitation. My lunch partner had crispy tacos and she cleaned her plate. The only disappointment I had was that they only have tilapia as the fish for tacos. (I initially wanted fish tacos). The shrimp was tasty though. Beans and rice flavored well. A new restaurant to add to the “Go list”. .

The service and drinks were good, until we found a hair in my food. The waitress saw it, she apologized and I could tell it was genuine. She called the owner, Mauro, he was so rude, didn't apologize until we said, "we paid, we don't want free stuff, we just want you to acknowledge this and apologize" he said, "people here don't have blonde hair" mind you, I and the two others with me have black hair... Will never come back and do not recommend anyone here, it's no wonder there were only 4 tables with guess, horrible service by the owner -MAURO.

It's too bad this place has a rude host. Their food and drinks are pretty good. Don't bring friends here - it's embarrassing when you are trying to be seated, and they let everyone else go before you. Manager seemed attentive once he got involved, but the host was rude to my guests and it was so embarrassing to have chosen to bring them here!

I spent the summer working in Killeen and Los Cabos was my 'go-to' for great Mexican food. I would end up here two or three times each week. Loved the margaritas and great burritos. The best salsa I've had in years. Just wish I had their salsa recipe to hold me over while I search out a restaurant like Los Cabos here in Michigan.

Food was excellent! They only gave you two tortillas for a full fajita meal??? We had to get up to get a waiter to ask for more. Drinks were good, atmosphere was as expected.

Food was good. The waitress was nice. Had to wait for silverware after food was served. Had to sit outside because of our party of 10 and the road noise was a bit much. I recommend sitting inside. Modelo draft was huge which is a plus.

Terrible service. Hair was in my food and they offered me a $2 beverage to make up for it. There was only one waitress and she spent the entire night at the bar with one customer when I had a table of 7. She played on her phone the entire time as well. We never got any refills and they charged an auto gratuity to make sure they get a tip for terrible service. I will not be back. Not to mention the upset stomachs we experienced when we left. 0 stars but Google requires one. Never again.

My goodness there chicken tacos are awesome. This was my first time going here. I ordered To go food and peach margarita.. The food was freshly made. I'm looking forward to go back and dine in and do karaoke. Staff friendly place looks amazing and clean.

Mixed drinks were really good, the chips and salsa were also very good. The aguachiles were good. Overall the place was great and the atmosphere and music was great. Would give it 5 stars but the green aguachiles were extremely sour and not spicy at all for my liking. Definitely a place worth looking into and trying out.

I gotta say, I definitely wasn't expecting the food to be so good. I had the Torre de Cabo and the Aguachile Verde and I must say that it is some of the best I've had since I visited Rosarito and Ensenada in Baja California. The Torre de Cabo easily feeds two people. Will be back again.

No restaurant should ever be so loud that 2 people sitting next to each other can't hear what each other is saying, the horchata taste just like gas station horchata, they sat us right next to a big speaker with people getting uncomfortablely close to us screaming song lyrics. It was a extremely unpleasant first time, we packed up our food paid then left and we will never return. Unless you like to act like your mother never taught you how to act in public then this place isn't for you.

The food was amazing, service was really good and the atmosphere was fun and inviting except the music was a little to loud. It made it a little difficult to hear the people at your own table. Will be eating here again when I visit Killeen again though more pros than cons that's for sure.

The food was good and the delivery was fast but the portion size was small for the price. For a half size nacho I paid $10.99.... It was $3 more for a full size

Best seafood in town. I'm a big fan of the Taco Tuesday promotion and the $2 happy hour is fine if you don't mind a syrupy margarita, but the full drinks are worth paying for.

Food was good but portions seemed kind of small. Service was great. The food was good just wish there had been more

Went here for a farewell dinner. Didn't know there was a place for a DJ. One of the guys in my group that night performed a few songs and the ladies danced. Nice size place to have a gathering or party like event. The outside covered area may hold up to 15-20 people if I'm not mistaken. Service was swift.

Great food! Even better service! The waitress Jessica is awesome! Even in this large military town, she remembered us and our orders and that was only from our only 2nd time there, and it had been a few weeks to boot! we have a big family and she really knows how to make us all happy!
