As always this is a great dining experience. The food and service is always great no matter which location we decide to go to.

Came in a little before 4:30 pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was fairly empty when we got there. It was me, my husband, and my 1 year old daughter. We were seated within 5 minutes and ordered our drinks a few minutes later. It took 30 minutes before receiving my drink. In the meantime we asked the server if we could order food twice before getting our drinks and we’re ignored. Finally when I got my drink, the server tried to rush away and my husband raised his voice just slightly and asked if we could order yet. This time we were able to order our food. After an hour, we asked to speak to the manager. She was very kind and checked on the food and let us know that it would be another 20 minutes before it would be done. Keep in mind that we have watched people come in after us, eat and leave all before we had spoken to the manager. We decided to pay for our drinks and leave. Wasted nearly 2 hours there. Definitely do not recommend.

NO A/C How can this issue go on month after month in CENTRAL TEXAS!! This used to be one of our favorite family places to eat. But it's too hot to now. It's been all summer long! Don't know how the wait/kitchen staff can do it! Unreasonable work conditions!! Waiters sweating in our food and I can only imagine in the kitchen!! Real shame on so many levels!

Loved it, I went with my wife got the 2 for $25 deal with a few drinks definitely worth going back to thanks to the waitress Doris who it was her second day she did great being attentive & friendly even with the other customers being rowdy at the bar.

My party and I arrived at 9:00pm we requested a kids menu and crayons for the children and received a menu and 2 ink pens. We ordered 2 combo platters one with bbq chicken, white queso and chips and extra mozzarella sticks. Both platters had buffalo chicken, there were nats on my queso and chips and the mozzarella sticks were soggy. When we ordered our food 2 southwest shrimp and chicken bowls and bourbon chicken and shrimp the hostess forgot to put our order in we didn't receive our food until about 12:00 which they comped for the inconvenience

the food was tasty and service lackluster. our waitress was slow at best, inattentive, and brought us the wrong check after all. it was noted that most other staff members were on their toes, servicing their tables well. bathrooms were clean. parking was plentiful. staff were wearing face coverings although haphazardly so.

Wont be back after I seen they don’t wash the dishes just dip them in water with soap then dip them in regular water! That is unsanitary! Smh health department should shut y’all down. Then this bartender only cater to some people at the bar, but it’s all good after I seen what i seen. My fiancé literally sat there with an empty cup and she just looked at us. Once again I’m ok with that after I seen how unsanitary

Unfortunately I was disappointed! I really had high hopes but was let down. Fist we ordered 2 appetizers and the spinach dip had a drip of barbecue sauce in the bottom of the bowl. Then the dinner came. My wife ordered the riblets and only got 2 small pieces. For 18$ crazy. They tasted good but what a rip off. Then my mother's steak was like shoe rubber and well done. She ordered it medium rare. Then I ordered ribeye med rare and it was well over but I would not let them take it back. We already waited too long. When they remade my mother's steak it came back the same way. They definitely need to train their cooks better. Hope they turn things around.

The bartender was probably the best part of this experience. We ordered an appetizer as soon as we got there. Never received it. We ordered three different drinks off of their menu, the bar “didn’t have it” Three different drink orders later we get an over poured vodka tea. The server was too busy chatting up his love interest at the bar to actually serve the three tables assigned to him. This was garbage service. Do not waste your time or money.

This was hands-down the worst dining experience I've had that doesn't involve insects. Our server, who never gave us his name, was incredibly inattentive to us and his other tables. We ordered an appetizer and when it arrived it was the incorrect item, and when the actual appetizer showed up our entrees were already delivered. The only positive light of this visit was that our food orders were actually correct, albeit not too tasty. Our waiter visited us once and we didn't see him for 20 minutes. We ordered dessert, which was also the correct item. Finally, we had issues with our ticket that took 15 more minutes to fix and then we left. We definitely will not be revisiting this location.

The place was empty when we walked in, but the host told us it would be a ten minute wait for a table. Our waitress was wonderful and working hard; but I noticed the host was mostly standing, chatting, and staying by one gentleman. The food was okay. We had soup and ribs.

So I was dine in and had a 2 for 25 and got a 6 Oz sirloin and ask for the steak to be cook medium well and got a well done steak that was dry and the appetizers was also cook in the microwave

I enjoy coming here after work. They stay open later than most restaurants. The bartenders are great.

The atmosphere leaves something to desire, my daughter said, "Oh wow, it smells like we are at the lake in here." Not necessarily a good thing. Our server was very friendly. Food came out quickly and was good. They advertised good drink specials. I don't think we will be running back there anytime soon.

Was seated by the hostess after waiting for approximately 5-6 minutes (no big deal). Then waited 20+ minutes only for us to speak up that no one has come to our table to take our drink orders. 5 more minutes roll by and we finally get the waitress, at that time we ordered all our food; drinks, app, and entrees. The waitress was not bad at all, she was attentive just enough and the food was nice and hot.

Have not been here for years. Son requested for his birthday. Two appetizers, they came out seperatly with about 15 minutes between. No plates or napkins given. Salad came out right before our meal came only because we asked about it. Food on floor near entrance. Was not cleaned up. Not overly busy. Waitress only checked on us when she needed to, sat over at a table where they were supposed to be putting silverware together, she put a few together but mostly was on her phone or not doing anything. When asked her about salad she answered I'm going to go work on your food now. Second appetizer when it came out was lukewarm. Customer service really needs to be worked on, so does the food. Everything lacked seasoning and taste. Brocoli steamed to mush.

I paid $22 dollars for this! Those are the 3 pieces of chicken y’all decided to throw on top of my order and say it’s worth $22? None of them could pass as a tender but one of them especially isn’t even a tender… looks more like a boneless wing honestly. Ridiculous, food quality for guests ordering delivery is horrible. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

It was good until I found hair in my food. Service was very good from our waitress Aliyah. She is the reason I’m giving 3 stars. She was great. Otherwise I probably won’t be back.

Chicken wonton tacos were calling my name. It was my first time back post-covid, and I'm so glad the carpet was taken out and replaced with laminate flooring because that carpet smelled. The wonton tacos were just as good as pre-covid, so there were no complaints on that end. The drinks were also pretty good. My waitress seemed overworked and tired. She complained about the number of tables she had, and it seemed as if she didn't want to be there.

Waited 20 minutes past expected pickup time (that was no issue) because food wasn’t ready. My wife’s order came out good, but my steak came out cooked well done (ordered medium) as well as the steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli cold. I’ve had great experiences when dining in, this was the first issues I’ve had so far.

Applebee's, well I have eaten there once years ago. It left a great taste in my mouth, but just never made it back there. I believe it was in Chicago where I ate the first time. Anyway we finally got to the one here in Harker Heights, Texas and had a most enjoyable evening. It was the middle of the week so it wasn't crowded at all. And I suggest if you can go during the week, it will always be less crowded and more laid back no matter where you eat. Just to finish by saying it served the best meals. Delicious and some to take home. Five star!

We came here to celebrate our birthdays. The food was delicious. We had the 2 for $30, shared an appetizer and bought the molten cake for our birthday cake.

Wasn't impressed with the large roach that kept eyeballing my ribs from his perch on the window ledge. The waitress did manage to end its life quickly. Fortunately, there weren't any in our food...that we know of. Our order was incomplete and had to wait almost 15 mins for the fries, which made the ribs cold. But once they were heated up everything tasted pretty good. Margarita was weak AF. Will probably travel to the Applebee's in Cove next time. Never had a bad experience there.

We had another great experience! Mostly due to a waitress named Victoria! She was awesome and even though she was training somebody, she still made her presence known and made the night really fun! The menu did mislead us a little bit. Pictured in the menu is a tall glass of Stella Artois but indeed they do not have that on tap. No one knew that until our other beverages were delivered. You have to get it on bottle. Other than that great experience!

Wife and I Had a really good experience there I love how each Applebee’s customizes their atmosphere to cater the city they are in to make it more unique. The food was good but the only thing lacking was the options of draft beers I wish they had more local options

Food was cool. Wasn’t bad could have been better. They did forget my girlfriends order but it’s Applebee’s so it’s ok

No complaints here, except for the long wait and armed guard needed due to the crowd possibly getting out of hand. Had wonderful customer service. Music was great and overall we had a great deal of fun, great food and good drinks. Can't go wrong with Applebee's anywhere.
