The tacos be good as hell but bro, where’s the rest of the meat and cheese ? It’s like I ask for no lettuce and the lettuce always makes up 90% of the taco. So it feels like I’m holding an empty folder. I always have to add my own cheese. For $7 for 3 tacos, you’d think I’d have at least half the taco full.

This location has been problematic the last few visits I've made. Sadly, it is one of the few places open late night and has been messing up orders in odd ways so PLEASE DOUBKE CHECK YOUR ORDER THE BEST YOU CAN. I will be going to a different location from now on. Nachos, no tomato, extra everything else and I get a half full nacho platter with not a drop of nacho cheese. Had I not held out all day for dinner and driven across town to get it, I would have thrown it out. Red sauce was added on my own but didnt save the meal.

I don’t know if it’s a off day or what, but whatever it is you all need to get it together or just go home. Went there today Feb 27, 2022, around 1:30. This use to be a good spot, maybe it’s the sorry a$& workers on this day. People start checking your food or you will get all bread and no meat.

I usually come to this Taco Bell 3-4 times a month because it was the #1 taco bell in the neighborhood, but today I Just ordered a 12 pack of crispy tacos supreme and it was the biggest disappointment ever. Full of lettuce and tomatoes and maybe a half spoon of beef! Who does that? Come on now, this place is now just as bad as the rest of them in Killeen and HH. They all suck. Will never coming back here again. I will be driving to Temple from now on.

I have some very strict dietary restrictions and so the only place I can enjoy fast food is Taco bell.. however I ordered no cheese on all my items and there was cheese on everything I asked them not to put it on. I was told to bring the food back the next day with the receipt..well I am not saving the food until I can make it back in which due to work is Tuesday..I work in Austin. Just disappointed everyone else got to eat..I paid a lot of money to eat my own left overs 🫤

It is 4:50pm, June 25th 2023 and this dude named Lorenzo working the drive-thru cash register, looking like he barely started working there, charged me $7.13 for two beefy melt burrito's and a large carbonated water. I know the policy on water in Taco Bell, I've been to this Taco Bell a hundred times before and never once been charged for a water with some bubbles. Dude had the audacity of putting it on the ticket as a LRG STARRY when I know damn well I didn't order that, if I wanted knockoff Sprite I would've just asked for Sprite. My order is always $4.33, regardless of what Taco Bell I've been to and this is genuinely upsetting as the guy had the nerve to debate with me, the customer, on y'all's water policy, get better employees. Let's not forget there barely being any beef in those burritos, %90 cheese and rice, thanks a lot for the trash service, really.

A lot of kids from the Middle School come here so it gets kind of rowdy but there is an armed KPD there so it's a little bit safer

The customer service at this location was top notch as well as the food. The kitchen forgot to put sour cream on our Mexican pizza but we didn't even notice. Within a couple of minutes, the cook came out with a fresh, hot Mexican pizza with sour cream on it and apologized for not adding sour cream. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed.
