I personally haven’t met with Dr.Cross, but I have a family member who recently had an appointment with her. My dear has been struggling for some time, and came here looking for help. We came and arrived early, and we had to wait 1-2 hours. Dr.Cross was not very professional and left the patient thinking he’s uncared for. It showed she didn’t genuinely care to be here and was rushing us. Maybe she was having a rough day, which we understand, but it’s no reason to be unprofessional and rude to the patients. The only good experience we received was from the receptionist, a very caring sweet lady. I’m sorry but we won’t be visiting Dr.Cross again.

Dr. Cross is amazing! I could not keep my mind focused with my ADHD and Anxiety was really bad. I’m now back in school and now I’m more organized. My son said I seem a lot happier. Thank you! The whole staff is amazing. She is one person and has to talk to people to see what’s going on with them, I know cause I vent to her. I see her as family now.

First psychiatrist to actually help me! She was empathetic and kind and wanted to actually prescribe me a medication that would improve my life, not just throwing random prescriptions at me without bothering to listen like other psychiatrists have before. I had to stop seeing her because she no longer accepts my insurance , but she’s a great provider it will definitely be hard to find another provider as good as her.

Knowing that psychiatry is evidence based and therapy is a different part of managing a disorder, I started to educate myself further. After seeing Dr Cross for 9 months, I can confidently say she helped me effectively manage my medication so that my ADHD wouldn't completely control my life, she also directed me to a therapist that could help me process the other issues. Despite her knowledge, she couldn't accept my insurance anymore so I had to find other means.

I am so glad I found Dr. Cross! I had my first appointment with her yesterday and she was absolutely wonderful. She is very easy to talk to, is so genuine and shows compassion and you can tell she actually cares about what is best for the patient and not what her personal opinion or bias could be which is what I have experienced with other providers recently. The staff was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable from the minute I arrived until I left. Having unfortunately experienced dealing with physicians who talk down to you and who clearly don’t have your best interest at heart I am extremely grateful to have found a great doctor!!

I absolutely adore this woman she has been my doctor from 2014-2016 when she help me through some rough times and when we can back this way she was the first person that I called been back with her since 2020 honestly she is one of the best I have seen or meet. She has such an amazing soul she really takes her time with her patience.

Dr. Cross is a caring doctor. She has helped me with my depression and anxiety. However, scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I had to reschedule an appointment and I wasn't seen until 2 months later. Also, your appointment will never be on time. Be prepared to wait at least an hour maybe more. She also has 2 german shepards that are in the room with you. I really wish that she would have morning appointments.

Dr.Cross is a such amazing, caring Dr! One of the best that really truly made a change for me. I highly recommend her and her great and very helpful team !!! Going through a very long, difficult time and consistently reaching out for help with the situation i was in, she was the only one helping me when others didn't!
