Food was decent and service was friendly. The "TOGO" ordering is getting out of hand though with 60min plus wait times. Same thing happened before TGIFRIDAY'S closed.

My family and I ordered delivery for my birthday and the portions weren’t as expected the food looks like it was just tossed around and placed in the plate. The delivery took longer than what it said it would have taken. I also called to see what was going on with my order and the line was hung up on me after saying no one answered the phone. The food doesn’t taste seasoned and overall is not as what the reviews said.

DISGUSTING! How dare you send people food that use delivery service, poor quality food that u would never serve in your restaurant! After working a 13 hour shift this is what I come home to. Brown leaves in the salad, burned quesadillas, and brown smushed avocados that I paid extra for!! How dare u send people food this way, but not dare serve food like that in the actual restaurant!

The most disrespectful crew I experienced. I went to the restaurant just before 10pm. They dont close until 1030. I tried pulling on the doors & they were locked. Yet the restaurant had at least 5 tables with people sitting. But what really made it bade it that 2 crew members was LITERALLY at the doors inside laughing & joking & literally looked at us. They didnt say they anything nor any hand gestures. It was obvious that they purposely ignored us. So i ordered online. Mind you this is still right before 10. I sent up the order. I said “ready by 10:20”. I waited outside for it to be done. After it was done i went to the door & knocked to get my food. They still ignored me. I wasted my time, wasted my money. It is ridiculous that people like that can still have a job

This was the 1st time my fiance and I came in to eat dinner at this Chillis restaurant. The place is a mess from the floor been wet to the sitting area been dirty. Very disappointing to see it dirty. But we decided to give it a chance. Well the food was good but at room temperature it was not hot at all. Not sure why if the waitress said it was freshly made. The waitress we had was good. She checked on us a few times but we were ready to go. We only took a few bites and took it to go. The cheesecake was delicious and actually cold. We order some Nachos and the Bacon burger to go. It looked like it had came out the microwave. I do not think we will be coming back to visit this Chillis. Maybe lunch is a better time to visit in not sure but, We came in for dinner around 8pm and We spent over $60 only to be dissapointed. I gave it 2 🌟 for the waitress and the cheesecake.

The waitress was enthusiastic & very kind. Someone from the kitchen brought my second iced tea. I was the only one at the bar and was not asked what I wanted to see on one of the TVs. I would not recommend the chicken tenders. They were hard and not the best tasting. I felt like I was eating cafeteria food. I'm sorry.

Worst meal. The burger sliders were so dry and hard, they also had chucks of grissle in them. 🤔🤢 a hockey puck might have tasted better.

The service, food and drinks were AMAZING. We ate here on Saturday, February 24, 2024 around 7:30pm. The chicken/ Beef Fajitas were cooked to perfection. Thanks for providing professional service.

It was so good. My mom, brother n I are going back next Thursday for lunch . We picked the 3 for me. Awesome choice .. can't beat 10.99 and the sauce burger is amazing ..Thank you Joe for being an awesome server. We shall see you next week. 😄

Haven't been to Chili's in a while. Had a craving for their chips and Salsa. The meal we ordered was SO GOOD AND PLENTIFUL 2of us could've shared. Yes I will be back. Gotta have my chips & salsa!!

We got there about 515 Mother's Day. The wait was 20 to 30 minutes, which was good. We sat down and ordered our food like in 10 minutes. We waited for an hour to get our food. Online orders they were preparing first. That's not right. All we got was salsa and chips and one dessert.

Service was the best I've had in a long time. Waitress was outstanding in getting our food to us in a reasonable time. Cook did a good job as well plus the prices were affordable as well.

For the most part this place is great. Today was another story got my order and had to wait another 6-8 min for my fries. You just can't eat a burger without fries. So had to wait on them by that time just wasn't to eat. So the sandwich came home and my dog is happy at least.

The food tasted good. When I walked in, there was no one at the front. I had to seat myself. Someone came and gave me a menu eventually. Food came quickly.

Had the best experience thanks to Amber B. She knew exactly what we needed and wanted before we even asked. Recommended items that we tried and loved. Was so friendly, and attentive. Will be coming back again just to get this great service from her again. Thank you Amber for an AMAZING visit!

Never ordering from here again. We did a Uber order for my mother in law and the staff gave out our order to some random man who didn't show proof of being the delivery driver. Easy fix yeah? Well they refused to fix thier mistake and told me they won't re make our order for the person who was supposed to deliver it. This place has ZERO customers service skills, they are rude and lazy. Anyone hoping to try this place I recommend a different location because this one is absolute garbage.

Corn on the cob had large brown spots on it. Very un appealing. Couldn't even eat it. I did curbside, and the associate was very nice.

The food was wonderful and out waitress Ellie May was amazing. She was nice and she was light hearted and she was really sweet. I got the bacon rancher burger and it was amazing, the paddy wasn't dry it was nice and moist the burger bun was a little crisp and with the bacon that made the burger even better. Their Mexican street corn was amazing as well it was nice corn and there was also the perfect amount of spice and it is hands down one of the best corn on the cobs that i have eaten in a while.

I think this was actually my first time here in the over 6 years ive lived here unless it was so long ago i dont remember. Im not disappointed!! I was lazy tonight and didnt feel like cooking so i wanted to try something diff. My two toddlers shared the cajun chicken pasta. It was -OK- in my opinion (considering i make my own homemade alfredo sauce) lol but the babies loved it. Ordered a side of fries and the appetizer trio. Oh and a loaded baked potato soup which was pretty good too. Curbside pickup went great. I wanted to try the smokehouse combo plate and that street corn so I think well be back!!

Today I was very disappointed I spent my hard earned money for my food to not be done , cold, and distasteful . I am very disturbed I couldn’t finish my food I bit into raw meat I am very displeased

Everything was amazing this night from being greeted to our server to our food!!! Amazing staff and food drinks was on point and had me lit 🤪 🙌

Food was good but the service was just okay.

Cajun chicken pasta (add shrimp) is what I usually order. Always get extra Cajun season on the side, because it tends to be a little bland. Definitely my go to spot for when I don’t feel like cooking tho. 3 for 11.00 I think is the meal deal. Drink, salad and entree for about 12.00 isn’t bad if you ask me.

Decided to go here for lunch me and my boys. Walked in got seated right away. It took almost ten minutes before someone came to our table. We ordered an appetizer and it was delivered fast. However it was so cold inside that we had to take our food to go.

My pasta Alfredo was dry and not only that it took a while to get out food. The corn was dry and the customer service was terrible. The knife had dried food on it. Just maybe y'all need to take the time and train your staff and be more mindful because people are paying there money for a quality meal. Not only that you can hear the waitress telling another waitress (why you didn't tell me I was ashy) Tighten up on the customer service and the food quality.

We had a party of about 16. We asked ahead of time if the waitress could handle it alone and she said yes. Needless to say she could not. Service was extremely slow and the manager was rude. Also the food was not good. The pasta wa dry, the fajitas were very small for 20.00. I was very disappointed as were my coworkers. Definitely not going back .

This was my first visit and the service here was impeccable! The Baby Back Ribs were fall- off-the-bone delicious! Our server Amber was very personable and accommodating. She made us feel welcome and treated us with above and beyond service. Amber was wonderful! So was our food runner Quincy, who presented our food with a gracious smile, and professionally. The food was delicious including our two sides (broccoli and spanish rice). We will definitely be returning! 👍✔️

Today's visit to this location has to be the best I have EVER had at any Chili's and I know that may be saying a lot. I went alone for lunch. I was seated immediately. Kristy (not sure the spelling) was the nicest waitress to this day. She took the time to explain their new ordering system to me which I think is just the bees knees. My drink arrived before she finished taking my order ☺ (perk of the new system). My food was hot and fresh with almost no wait at all for any of it. There was a slight delay on my salad which resulted in the manager providing me with a discount. I never requested or expected that. However, I definitely appreciate it! There is more I could say here to hype up my visit, but I think you get my point lol. All in all, this was a great visit. I will definitely return!

The quality of customer service was amazing during this visit! The southwest egg rolls were hot and fresh. The show stopper was the mouth watering molten lava cake!
