We first visited the Italian food restaurant Olive Garden back in 2006 when we first came to visit the United States. We were invited to this restaurant by our good friend and we liked this restaurant. And now, many years later, we are here again and have not regretted it. We were served by a very friendly waiter Cody who recommended dishes to us. Cody worked very quickly and before we had time to look around, the food was already on the table! The food was excellent, delicious, fresh and juicy! we liked absolutely everything: soups, salad, calamari and shrimps. We really enjoyed the food! Thank you very much to the chefs of the restaurant Olive Garden for the deliciously prepared Food and special thanks to Cody! Cody, you are the best!

I had a great experience at Olive Garden recently when I stopped in for a quick dinner at the bar. The atmosphere was cozy, and the bartender was friendly and attentive. I ordered a delicious pasta dish that was cooked to perfection, and the portion size was generous. What impressed me the most was that I also placed two Togo orders for my family, and they were prepared quickly and accurately. The food quality was consistent, and my family enjoyed their meals as well. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience with excellent service and tasty food.

This is our go-to Olive Garden. The entrées are always fantastic. However, the last two visits we have had there the customer service has been lacking. The servers have an attitude as if they don't want to be there or you are "bothering" them. Not friendly at all. We've never had this problem at this location until the last few months. Generally, it's a five-star experience. For an appetizer, I always order the Stuffed Ziti Fritta, crispy fried ziti filled with five melted Italian cheeses served with homemade marinara and alfredo. It's amazing! You cannot stop with just one! They are so good! The salad arrived lightning fast to our table and was delicious as always. On this visit, I ordered the Ravoli Carbonara, cheese ravioli baked in a creamy sauce with bacon, and topped with a blend of Italian cheeses. My entree arrived piping-hot and prepared perfectly. Absolutely delicious! My husband had spaghetti and meatballs, and he enjoyed his meal as well. It arrived piping-hot and prepared to perfection as well. If you are craving some excellent Italian, I highly recommend stopping in for a meal. The food is fantastic, always. As I stated earlier, it's generally a five-star experience. However, the service has not been up to par lately, not terrible, but not good, either, so I cannot rate it five stars at this time.

We ate here for the first time this afternoon! The service was great! The food was overall pretty good, we ordered a tour of Italy & the chicken was definitely dry/over cooked but everything else was really great! Food came out super hot, and pretty quick.

The wait staff was nice. Place was clean. Food was great. No hassle ordering kiosk at the table. Would bring big groups. Kid friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden yesterday! Dona was an amazing server and was very nice and knew how to take care of her customers! Also Dialis was another server that caught my eye she was was sweet and helped customers as well! All in all me and my wife had a wonderful experience!

We really enjoy going to Olive Garden for a little date night. It was busy tonight as expected, with it being the first of the month. We didn't wait too long before we were able to get a seat at the bar. That's always our preference. The bar tender was pretty busy, and instead of having us wait she called for someone else to take our order #teamwork You should definitely try the peach raspberry bellini tea. It was pretty nice! Overall, we had an enjoyable evening!

If I could give Olive Garden 0 stars I WOULD!!! **BEWARE** I am absolutely repulsed by the presence of a long hair in one of the salads from our dinner order tonight, Monday, October 23, 2023. This is utterly unhygienic and intolerable, as it has completely spoiled our family dinner for the night. We were forced to hastily prepare an alternative dinner due to this revolting incident, and the inconvenience it has caused is inexcusable. This experience has left us entirely dissatisfied, and it is truly disheartening to witness such a lapse in hygiene from a restaurant of this caliber. This location is NOT CLEAN AT ALL! Completely unsanitary on all levels! Imagine eating your food and stumbling upon someone’s long dirty hair strands in your food. GROSS! Do not spend your money here! Go somewhere else!

The food was great. We had chicken with Masala sauce, make your own pasta, salad, and calamari and beverages. Aseria was our server and she is a very nice person. The Manager, Will stopped by to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I know it's a normal thing but Will was very hospitable.

We have ate at Olive Garden in 7 states (we travel full time) and I have NEVER had an experience as bad as we did tonight. It started with old bread sticks and a salad with no dressing or the normal veggies like tomatoes and olives. I had to remind him to put cheese on it. When he brought the drinks he forgot 2 of them (there was only 3 of us), so we had to remind him for those too. When our food finally came the steak plate was so full of grease the pasta side was a unedible mush of oily pasta, they didn't even add the broccoli side. The drinks that were forgotten at the beginning of the meal were not delivered untill the meal was over. The bathrooms were disgusting, make and female.... I only have pictures of the female restroom because my husband didn't take them of the men's room. 3 stalls in the woman's bathroom, 1 out of order and the other 2 were gross as heck with splatter on the seats and waste left in toilets. My husband who has the patience of a saint was so disappointed with the lack of service, food and drity bathrooms didn't leave a tip... only the second time in the 12 years I've know him not to leave a tip. We will nit be returning o this location, we rather travel to Temple or into the big city.

Had my birthday dinner there, and as always the food and service was great!!! Didn't want a big scene for my bday so the waitress made me a special (quiet) surprise lol absolutely loved it! Highly recommend

The Roscato red wine is really refreshing! Everyone was very nice. I had thought the chicken in my meal was grilled and it ended up being breaded and dried, but the flavor was still very good!

I wasn't actually there for myself but today is my mother's birthday and her favorite place to eat is olive garden so she went to have dinner and she isn't the type to let restaurants know that it's her day .. so I decided to call up to olive garden spoked with (The Host Tiana ans Shay ) "sorry if misspelled" and asked if the could do an birthday announcement they stated they had to know what area or name on seating so I found that ...long story short they ended up actually singing a happy birthday to her with cheesecake 🎈🎉 thank you so much .

I am so pleased with their attitude and service! I hosted a Notary Meetup with a larger group expected to show up and although they don’t take reservations and not everyone showed up, I was able to be seated in a nice isolated area with my group and had a great experience! They didn’t give me a hard time about it and were very pleasant from the young man at the host stand to the servers.

They seemed pretty busy, said it'd be a 20 minute wait, was more like a 5 minute wait. They were super sweet, and our waitress was pleasantly attentive. My partner and I both found her to be very friendly, chatty, but she didn't hover. Even though they were getting ready for a large party, she still checked in on us and was very timely in bringing us a bunch of to-go boxes for our 'planned overs'. The food was delicious, and it was definitely a great experience.

We went here for dinner. The service was great and pretty quick. The food was even better. There was a little bit of a wait when we first got there but it was worth it. The portion servings were perfect and the prices reasonable.

Great little place 1st time in the Killeen one my bestie and I stopped here after getting our nails done. Some salad a thing of calamari was very good😉Update: I came back for a Birthday April 18th and lunch was fabulous with my friends 😊 I just wanted to say thank you to our server Yancy and I like it so much my husband and I went back for dinner and so I want to also thank my night server Taylor and a couple of shout out to some friends that work there Stephanie and LD the manager. Pretty good. Staff was nice and it was clean. I had stopped coming here due to a spur smell that seemed to always be there but my son wanted to go. Glad I did and I was happy with everything. I think I'll be back.

Headed to O.G. after church for lunch with friends. We came in during a lull (12:15) so there was no wait. Prompt service. Delicious food. Good conversation. A triple win! I enjoyed a grilled chicken margherita. The chicken was moist and flavorful served with a light sauce and beautiful, bright green steamed broccoli.
