Great place for family fun. There's a lot to do. Staff is kind and caring, restrooms are clean and the food was good.

Went for a birthday party, this time very impressed with the teenagers who were on staff. They were very helpful and polite. Few kids in there need to watch their mouth. Overall it was chill.

My second time coming here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Out of the entire junior staff only one person on the floor working. I counted three staff members in the back room one on his phone the other with a newborn. I'm guessing this is the after hours hang out because no one is working. The cashier is sitting behind the register on her phone. Absolutely a waste of $90. Not to mention our first visit was horrible my son was injured while the kids played football unsupervised. What a birthday

Fun place, horribly ran. Would not recommend getting a membership. We have been harassed everytime we come to fill out the waiver. It's a yearly requirement. We are asked to fill out the waiver and better the print out to the counter. No one else has had to do this. When they look up the account they see We are current but still directed to another line to wait to sign in twice. They place has become a joke. Never mind your snack as they never have them in stock just pay snacks

Super fun for our first time. Prices seem pretty reasonable, bit we went as a guest for a birthday so can't speak on that. Plenty for younger kids to do, which is great! Definitely going to have to come back

Was fun for the kids until after being told at every attraction that required a worker they had to take a break. I paid $50 bucks for them to be told no they had to wait. Definitely shouldn't have paid for the "Killeen Ultimate Ticket"

I was between giving this place 3 or 4 stars. We chose a slow time of the day to have a birthday party. At one point, it was only our party there and maybe 4 other families. The birthday party host that was assigned to us seemed like she was bored to death with her job. I saw her smile a few times, but I ended up not wanting her around. I ordered our pizza weeks in advance, and it arrived 25 minutes later than when they said it would the day of. The place feels very dark. I and others with our party kept looking up towards the ceiling to see if there were more lights they could turn on. When our 2 hours finished, our birthday host made us hurry out right on time. Strange since all the kids that came were well supervised by their parents and pretty well behaved. I probably would have been satisfied if the party cost $100.00 less than it did but I left feeling like I need to choose a better place next time. As a suggestion, maybe consider charging more for parties at peak hours and less when it's super slow.

Stopped in before return trip home. Was not a bad place however place felt colder then Wisconsin in November. Staff was extremely inattentive of what was happening away from the front desk. Also there was actually zero personnel even cleaning unless someone said something at the desk.

Fun place overall, kids had alot of fun and the staff corrected some older kids that were playing tag and breaking the rules so it’s safe for your little ones. DON’T order food here unless you want to wait 30-45 minutes or more. The management seams to prioritize everything else over food and there was one poor employee working both the register and kitchen during lunch hours.

This was our first time using this facility. In my personal opinion I thought it was a little too dark, unclean, too many rowdy teens running and jumping, unsafe for little ones. Okay, this was sometime in September. This very same day my husband and I talked to the manager inquiring information about birthday parties. She told us that she’s so sick and tired of people booking the rooms so far out and end up canceling so for us not to worry and come back three days before the event. Today is Nov. 11 my sons birthday is on the 19th we come to find out that they’re booked. That’s fine we already book another venue. First and last time we’re gonna come to this place.

While the park itself was not inherently bad, I did have a few issues. The park was okay, in the trampoline area, though there were not many trampolines. I enjoyed the rock wall and the zipping, as well as the rope corse. This place certainly was not what we had expected however. The one thing about this place that really got me was that there was a young employee working there who had a friend hanging out with her with a baby. She followed her to each of her station changes and was a major distraction from her job. The other thing that really upset me has nothing to do with the business and everything to do with this culture. Almost every single person was rude. Only a few kids said excuse me, or even waited their turn. Most cut infront of others, pushed and shoved. Some were even throwing things at people. And in the the warrior course there were too many kids playing in the ball pit to even attempt the course, as if you fell, you would fall right on top of a child. This would probably be an easy fix with a separate ball pit. The point is, people need to do better raising their children with manners. My 12 year old son held a door for an entire family, and not a single person said thank you to him. The only good thing out of that is that I could use it as an example to teach my son about why it's important to be polite, and why we enforce the rules we enforce.

My boys were very happy to find that even moving a few states over there was a fun Urban Air to go to. Kiosks were easy to use and the lady at the front desk was helpful & kind. Bit dark and smaller than our other Urban Air but still very fun!

So I have a membership here, it’s fun and all, but VERY poor service. the employees were joking around when something serious went on, and were laughing! They need older staff that are more mature and realistic.
