Decent Taco Bell, everything is good overall. It's kept clean inside with plenty of room inside. Bathrooms are available and clean. The food quality is alright, it can be kinda cold sometimes. The workers can seem uninterested when giving you food or taking orders, there's been times when I've had to ask about my drink after receiving my food. Make sure to check your order as they've forgotten some of my food a time or two. Even with all these little faults, I stil recommend it if you want some cheap American style Mexican food.

Came here twice and both times order was wrong, food was made poorly, and/or staff gave attitude. I get it fast food jobs arnt amazing I've been there but in this job climate if u don't like ur job quit and get a new one. You don't have to be bubbly and happy to be there but also don't have to slam the drive thru door on me. It's really just this taco bell the other one is fine. Normal transaction and decent food there. I don't even write reviews anymore but this was bad. I just spent 2 weeks in the field been thinking of taco bell and its trash. Waste

Honestly just venting. Literally served half of my order in the bag it comes in. Pay attention please. Money's is tight as it is and done wasting it.

Whoever is on the microphone at 6:56 til 7:00 on taking orders at this store should be fired not only the impatience but the rude and disrespectful words you used . Your job is to take my order not to rush me which only took me 3 mins btw

It's Taco Bell, so it's hard to have high expectations. But the service was good.

Went for the nacho fries, they are really amazing and great hopefully they stay on the menu but everyone can enjoy them while they last

This location was out-of several items in was wanting. The staff was friendly, but it did feel like the attendant was still learning. The food was not bad and on par for most Taco Bells.

Fresh taste …sauce packets are Not stuck together…..baha blast was spot on…. Dinning room, men’s restroom and kitchen (as far as I was able to see) is “normal” clean and too out side…..courteous service and truly fast …. My only draw back is they are attempting to use computer attendance to take orders….I don’t like eliminating human interaction ….but with this location being in “hells kitchen” Killeen I understand the reasoning ….3 stars & miles above the WS Young location on every level.
