This particular visit I was told, "it's okay it's your world. We just live in it." I'm was taken back. If an individual stop and thinks about that statement. The employee just told the random customer, that the customer is self centered in a back handed way. I let the statement go, I really shouldn't have. Everyone wants to be treated with respect. I don't think everyone asks them selves am I treating other with the respect I expect to given.........

They are so sweet! So I originally wanted something they didn’t have so the girl who took my order was very sweet and helped me pick something else out. They then made us an extra drink with a heart on it for the inconvenience!! Y’all made our day today!

This is my favorite store. The employees are ALWAYS so nice, professional, and friendly. They make it a point to smile, even through their masks, and interact with each customer. In times where everyone seems so stressed, this store seems like a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this store!

My family and I were the only ones in line waiting to order and it took one of the four people working, 2 minutes to say anything to us. That was frustrating in itself. I was really friendly to the young women, but she was so rude and short with me. She was asking for my order but not actually listening and I had to repeat myself twice and she still got the order wrong. So she had to fix it. Then when I got my drinks back she got Carmel ALL OVER the cup. It honestly felt intentional. This was the absolute worst service I have ever gotten from here.

I love it here, Chris and Kim specifically are my favorite people in the world. They always take care of me, regardless of how long it’s been since I’ve been there. They really care about the guests that come through and make your experience so amazing. They are the sweetest people, and I’ll always choose this location over any other just because of them two.

Today I came in and it was only three employees in the front. Jeanette was one and I see her running around working her butt off. Meme was the other one and she was also doing great. Keep it up ladies !

Always a pleasant place to sit & enjoy a drink. Staff is very welcoming! I had a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade & it was very refreshing. Sorry, I accidentally deleted the pic of the drink.

This location has consistently missed the mark on making drinks. I promise I’m not just being a karen. Examples include dirty chai lattes made without the ordered espresso, and only had enough chai in it to turn the milk brown. I was drinking brown milk with ice; shaken espressos combined improperly with inconsistent measurements. This issue has occurred on all different days of the week and weekend, and at different times of day and night. I’m not sure if they have a high turnover rate at this store, but they’re lacking training and management support for this issue to be so common. Really unfortunate. The food comes out hot and in a timely fashion though, so they at least can do that and pour cold brew if that’s your thing.

Way to fill up my coffee cup 3/4 full and fill the rest up with whipped cream, to make it look full. Felt light as soon as it was handed to me. Stop rationing and give folks what they pay for.

Expect to wait a really really long time for a coffee. Even if you order ahead, give it 30 minutes before showing up. It’s like this every time.

Great Starbucks experience! Everyone working on Saturday, October 21 at 12:20p needs an incentive. Everyone was so welcoming, each person spoke and asked how my day was going but it was your employee Ty who put the icing on the cake. Before this visit I had no idea Starbucks gives samples. I’m not much of a coffee drinker but wanted something hot, not too sweet but not to overpowering in the espresso department. Ty listened to what I liked and didn’t like when it came to coffee and took the time to make 2 samples for me to try. One being the new pumpkin latte which I was skeptical about due to not being a fan of pumpkin flavored foods, but this was the perfect blend of sweet and coffee and not too overbearing with the pumpkin. His customer service was top notch 👌🏾 Great guy, even better experience! Thank you Ty!! Hopeful this is shared with you 🙏🏾

They always get my order correct and the baristas are super nice.

My drive-thur order was missing an ingredient, try to call to say my order was incorrect, but it goes straight to voice mail( 3 times). I did not even get a receipt to see if your phone number was different then the on line site.

I put in a pickup order because it said on the app it was open. When I arrived at the store drive-thu it said they were closed a whole hour early. I went to the front to talk to someone about my order. When I knocked I was immediately sushed off with a hand wave. I then knocked again and signed that I'm hard of hearing and showed through the glass I have a pick up order that I already paid for. The lady behind the counter then made a hand cutting neck motion and said no and once again shushed me away. She didn't even have the decency to come to the door and help me. I had to call customer service to get my refund and was told the workers should have turned off the order ahead and they were not supposed to be closed. I just am disappointed as someone with a disability that I wasn't even treated like a person. Will never return.

I came in this morning and they were so nice, I decided to leave a review! The guy who took my order was the sweetest and he brightened up my morning! They're always very nice, even with my complicated orders! lol Thank you guys!

Went through the drive thru this morning and was helped by Chris. Really can't say enough good things about his level of customer service. Just a great experience overall!

Very famous Starbucks, Cassady Campbell comes here. The manager that kicked him out still works here,seems nice. I ordered the Spicey Ginger Cold Brew,it was better then expected and service was fast. Clean Starbucks only problem is one of the bathrooms was out. I love the indoor and out door seating, plenty of room. It is a very social place,with customers from many different races. I shall return..

Bought a hot chocolate and a hot white mocha last night. Both drinks in the pictures were 1/4 empty. We didn’t drink them, and we didn’t open them until we got home. The staff were friendly, but I don’t get why they had to give us cups that weren’t full.

Loud, loud, louder...no coffee shop vibe here. It's like being in a diner. Good luck reflecting, thinking, having a quiet conversation, reading, or making a call.

Jen that works in the mornings remembered who I was and what my order was! The staff there are great and friendly, I come here every morning after the gym. Just an overall great place
