DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Apologies in advance for the essay but my god disgraceful service from the village!!! I have gotten food here several times but tonight was my first night ordering from the Just Eat App and it will be my last! Ordered food just after 7:30, it arrived on time but was freezing cold. Continued to eat because we were starving until we came across a long hair going through the shredded chicken part of our munchie box. Rang up the restaurant, explained to the lady what happened and she was very apologetic at first, but said she’d send her driver to our address to pick up the food so she could ‘investigate’ the hair situation, and that she would send fresh food with the drive while they are picking up the food with the hair in it. First of all this breeches the health and safety authority to bring the food back to the restaurant after it had been CONTAMINATED in our home and opened up!!!!! The driver arrived to pick up the food but had no fresh food for us, which was nothing got to do with him, but the lady that works there did not send fresh food. At this stage I was livid because it was 9 o’clock at night, I rang up yet again to ask what the story was if we were getting fresh food and she said she needs to look at the food where the hair was. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rang back a few minutes later, when she basically called me a liar, and said that it was none of their hairs it was our own!!! I would not of wasted my own time never mind theirs if it was my own hair. She refused to send fresh food so I told her I want a full refund back ASAP. After paying by card she said they can only give me cash. The poor driver was back and forth all night, he brought back the refund and she LEFT ME 10 EURO SHORT!!! I rang up and ran in muck with her and she gave me every excuse as to why she couldn’t give me a full refund! Absolute DISGRACE! She was not giving me back the full refund and at this stage I was so annoyed and fed up listening to her that I killed her with kindness and told her to shove the tenner where the sun doesn’t shine. I took the money that the driver had brought back despite being 10 euro down and went elsewhere. She then had the absolute NECK to ring me off a complete different number to the restaurant, and ask for the cash back, because apparently it was from her own pocket!?!???? and said if I applied through Just Eat I’d get a full refund??!!!?!???Trying to make a fool of me, wasn’t working I told her that the money was spent and had went somewhere else with better customer service! Save your money and go elsewhere with better customer service and most importantly decent HYGIENE standards !!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered food today, they delivered our food along with someone else's. A lot of confusion at the door tryng to get it sorted between the driver and the staff on the phone. Food was going pretty cold by the time it was all sorted. We called them to complain and spoke to the manager and she was pretty rude and unhelpful. Driver was at least helpful, more than can be said for the staff at the takeaway.

Chicken was made of more rubber than chicken. 6 chips and I've seen less slime come out the back of a dying snail. I would ring to complain but the communication is difficult. BINNED

Morneey is such a wonderful woman who cares about her customers. I ordered the honey oat chicken meal which was absolutely delicious! Will definitely come back and recommend this to everyone.

Food great curry sauce tastes like water

Skocking foods, asked for chicken satay with mushrooms and it came with mushrooms, chips were burned and terrible, will never ever ever eat here again, worst foods of my life

This place is very rude i ordered chicken satay and chips the food didn't look pleasent wasn't what I ordered and I rang them back and the woman on the phone was very rude rushing me and wasn't nice at all ridiculous update delivery driver got here and the woman on the phone screaming and refusing to give us a refund

The Malaysian rendang is awful. A thin light brown watery sauce that has a generic soy based taste.  Fried rice is boiled rice mixed with some.egg. The Pad Thai was worse though. Egg not rice noodles used?! Chicken, green pepper, onion and beansprouts - no sign of any egg, fish sauce or Tamarind in it. No peanuts or lime. Unforgivably bad.

Change of view here...hats of to the chefs..but my god that woman who answers the phone is as rude and a good 5 to6 times now our order is wrong then has the cheek to contradict saying we didn't order what we ring fir that's missing..we always order the same stuff each time..if she had more respect and patience on the phone with customers this wud not happen...discusted with her service and nothing else. She should leave it to her son to take orders!!!
