My only issue is not feeling safe in your shop. Some of the staff had there face masks down at their chin and not social distancing from customers. A family came in the store with no masks on and no excemp badge. The child was coughing germs all over the store. Where's the safety rules here? Keeping staff and customers safe from covid should be priority.

Great selection of toys, cashier staff are very helpful and polite. Completely ruined by the overly aggressive looking security guard. Staring at the adults and kids as if he's about to stone cold stunner one of them. Arms crossed, begging one of the kids to put a lol doll in their pocket so he has a reason to pile their wee face into a lego millennium falcon. Get rid of him as soon as you can.

had great customer service here yesterday , lovely staff member called owen carried my electric motorbike to the counter for me and then to my car, he was a great help and very friendly the gesture was much apreciated what a credit he is to your company , thanks again owen

We visited to view some Nintendo Switch accessories and games for a console that we hadnt used yet. Stuart on the gaming desk was outstanding in helping us understand just how the switch works and what accessories would be beneficial and those that we likely wouldnt need. He run through all the parental controls and really helped us find our bearings with the device. We will certainly be back to collect a few things once the console is gifted to our daughter. Thanks again Stuart! Top notch service!

Got what I needed for my grand-daughter had 2 wait but 2 be fair staff were very helpful and pleasent in really friendly.

Very disappointed to receive confirmation by the company that my Scottish notes are no longer accepted in their English stores. Further correspondence with the company by a friend failed to get a response as to why. Just an apology. Not really good enough. Who decided this? Why has this been implemented? Are they aware that the Royal Bank of Scotland is 82% owned by the UK government? Will Bank of England notes be accepted in their Scottish stores. So many questions. So few answers.

Visited during Covid stage 4, so click and collect. I hadn’t pre ordered my item as I hoped to get some advice first. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Very fast process from ordering, to receiving my message that I could collect too. Well done everyone.

Went in today to buy a bike for my daughter and was looked after by Colin. Went out of his way as saw the bike I was looking for but they didn't have it in the size I wanted, however he knew there was an order due in anyday so went threw the back and found the bike in the size I wanted. Great customer service. Thank you Colin.

It was busy, staff were around the floor to help customers putting out stock variety of toys bikes and games.
