Starts
off
with
a
moan
but
ends
well.
Ordered
a
couple
of
small
wrap
chicken
tikka
hoagies
through
the
app
using
the
reorder
function
on
order
history
page
which
is
dead
handy!
It
said
order
had
been
accepted
for
delivery
and
would
be
about
45mins.
Happily
the
order
was
about
20minutes
early
but....
The
order
came
and
was
just
2
small
chicken
tikka
wraps.
The
delivery
driver
didn't
really
know
as
said
he
doesn't
eat
there
at
all
really
and
was
uite
new
to
the
job.
So
I
took
the
wraps
and
said
I
would
phone
the
shop.
I
did
this
knowing
the
order
was
wrong
and
we
would
like
the
corrected
order.
The
girl
that
was
on
was
so
helpful
but
had
to
wait
until
the
driver
returned
to
see
what
had
gone
wrong.
Could
she
take
my
details
and
get
back
to
me
as
soon
as
they
figured
out
what
went
wrong.
About
10minutes
later
got
a
call
and
she
acknowledged
there
had
been
an
issue
with
the
ticket
printer
(the
paper
had
jammed)in
the
kitchen
and
the
Hoagie
part
had
came
out
properly.
They
would
refuse
straight
away
and
get
the
order
too
me
and
the
wraps
I
was
in
possession
of
were
complimentary.
10
minutes
later
the
driver
arrived
with
the
correct
order
and
all
were
happy.
The
Girl
(evening
of
Sunday
7th
May)
I
spoke
to
was
so
apologetic
and
helpful,
she
should
be
thanked
by
the
owners
as
this
bad
moment
because
we
were
very
hungry
by
this
point.
Turned
out
well
and
her
customer
service
was
se
on
to
none.
Thank
you
and
look
forward
to
returning
for
more
food
in
the
future
