Been dealing with them a few times. Staff very unprofessional and not willing to help. Go to any other shop than that one 🤣 They make you feel like trash if you need their assistance.

The service here is the worst . The staff is unfriendly ,slow and act as if they are doing you a favour by assisting you.They do not even wear name tags( to stay anonymous ) because they know they are incompetence.

Staff placed in every section. So there's always a staff member to help. Offers delivery at extra cost but then the driver leaves as soon as you leave with all your products and deliver directly to your home. Works perfect. Great service. Thanks guys and girls!!

Wanted to purchase a laptop on sale. Last one available. Key for the Lock could not be found. After 3 assistants tried the keys. They left me done. Poor, very disappointed.

My friend paid off a fridge in August when she went to enquire when it's going to b delivered he was told to wait another 3 weeks because her lay by has been sold she ended up requesting a refund

I phoned in and enquired about black ink for my printer. Got the price. Drove all the way, rushed actually, got there and the lady gave the wrong price to me over the phone.(it was R200 more). What upsets me is that there was no apology for the wrong price she gave. I understand that we all make mistakes. But etiquette is key!
